The home was clean and presentable but obviously well used. The only major update needed is that there are non-working outlets that should be addressed. Otherwise, the non-modern look of the home adds mountain vibe and charm. The location is perfect to walk to town and explore Breckenridge.

The first night we checked in was cold, the fireplace and heaters did not work in the main living area. Vacasa was not quick to respond and responded telling us to be patient. The next afternoon I was contacted, they had someone come out and determine they were both broken and couldn't be fixed for our stay. I was supplied with space heaters and told I'd receive a 100/day refund which I have yet to see. Very disappointed, I would have rated it better had they compensated me as promised.

Very dated, stained carpet, poor lighting probably trying to hide the sadness of the unit. Needed updating back in 1999 when they bought it & then again 5 years ago. This is Breckenridge, not Leawood Kansas.

Can’t beat the location!
The Cedars location is excellent- ski in, ski out plus an easy walk to Main St. Pictures are accurate. Decor is dated & a little worn but kitchen has everything you need. Don’t buy coffee filters, all guests have left plenty. Great large size washer/dryer. Detergent packs for a few loads provided. If you’re expecting the Ritz Carlton, book elsewhere. If you want a great location with the basics at a good price, book here.

Condo in Breck
Location is great for skiing. Unit needs to be freshened up! Very dated, which we knew from the photos. Local management probably needs to do a better job staying on top of maintenance. Burned out light bulbs, no dishwasher soap, etc. Also no parking pass when we arrived. Were able to get a parking pass on day 3. Place is a decent value considering proximity to slopes.

Good With Issues
Fortunately, the location was terrific with a short walking distance to Main St. Unfortunately, when we arrived the parking permit required for the property was missing. Called VACASA twice to get the permit. Told I would get a call back both times and never got a response. Fortunately the make shift window hanger I made worked so I didn't get a parking ticket. Checking for a ticket everyday was aggravating. The rest of the issues were minor but irritating. The master bathroom toilet constantly runs and doesn't flush properly. The remotes had dead batteries. The cable box in the second bedroom did not work. The couches have ripped cushions with stuffing coming out.

Avoid Properties Managed by Vacasa
Stayed here for 5 days with my wife. We were unimpressed in several areas.
Condition: The garage door was not working when we arrived and was only fixed on our last full day. This was very disappointing as I had specifically looked for a rental with a garage.
Cleanliness: I could tell from the photos on the listing that the property was dated, which would have been fine. However, there were rips in the furniture and hard surfaces like floors and railings were sticky. The overall condition reminded me of a hunting cabin.
Maintenance: Extensive maintenance was being done on the outside of the building while we were there, including painting and pressure washing. I was not informed that any work would be done and it made for a less-than relaxing stay.
Communication: The property is managed by Vacasa, a professional management company. I tried to communicate with Vacasa about the garage door issues and the maintenance being done, with limited success. To their credit, they did arrange for someone to come fix the garage door but not till several days after we had arrived. Additionally, I was told that Vacasa would look into giving us a partial refund but when I followed up later they claimed that that they had never said anything about it.

Gran Ubicación poco mantenimiento
La propiedad se encuentra en un lugar envidiable, en general todo esta excelente, pero lo único a mencionar sería que en el cuarto donde se hospedaron mis hijos las puertas del closet estaban caídas al igual que las del baño, y colocadas en el armario lo que hacía peligroso la operación del mismo.

Location location location
The location couldn’t be better! If it was a primary home I’d recommend doing some updating but the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. So it was perfect for a ski in ski out winter vacation, we will definitely be staying here again next year.

Unbeatable Location
The location could not be better. True ski in out. It’s also an easy walk to town. The condo has everything you need and is comfortable, but is tired and dated. The carpet is worn out and many of the handles and hardware in kitchen and baths are loose. The kitchen did not have hot pads or a can opener, no hangers in the closet , and no garbage cans in the three bathrooms. The property manager was very responsive and helped rectify those issues promptly. The condo just needs an update and a little tlc. For the price point it is a good value., considering g the location.

Several maintenance issue
Location was nice, ease of check in was excellent. Beds were comfortable, and place was well furnished. Poor review is due to ignored maintenance issues and lack of response. 1- Glass sliding shower door in master bathroom came off tracks and fell into shower as I was opening it. Fortunately I was able to catch it, would have been a challenge if happened to one of my kids or wife. 2-dishwasher not anchored into cabinet. When emptying the dishwasher and pulling bottom rack out, entire dishwasher leans forward exposing a sharp metal tab that should be used to anchor in dishwasher. While emptying the dishwasher my wife was scratched pretty bad by this metal tab. 3-drain under kitchen sink not connected properly. When we arrived, there was a bowl of dirty, moldy sink water under the sink catching the overflow. We had to continually empty this bowl in another sink to keep water from spilling all over inside of cabinet. 4-many dishes were dirty. Food particles on silverware bowls and pots. We had to rewash everything.
Mostly disappointed for two reasons, as I understand maintenance issues always happen. 1-upon looking at previous reviews, the dishwasher and shower door issue had been reported many weeks prior, and obviously left unfixed. 2-I reported to property management, and was told I would get a callback for someone to fix issues. I did receive a call back while I was out of cell service so it went to my voicemail. I returned a call about an hour and a half later and got no response. Over the next two days I must have left six or seven messages trying to get a return call, all my calls would go straight to voicemail, and I never received return call.
While I wish we had a better communication and response from property, the area is beautiful and we certainly enjoyed ourselves in Breckenridge Colorado.

Nice little place
Nice place to stay with a phenomenal practically slopeside location. The private garage is a cool feature. Make sure not to have ski racks on your roof if you have a large/tall SUV or it won't fit.

Great Ski Access
No doubt the best thing about this condo is the super easy access to QuickSilver chair lift. Out the door at 8:25 and on the lift at 8:30! Very easy to come back to condo for lunch and rest before heading back out for the afternoon. Condo layout is great --- everyone in our party of 4 had plenty of room. Loved the big TV in the den. Downsides: I'm not going to sugarcoat it, the condo is older and dated and a little grungy; kitchen fluorescent light was not working and we had to cook first two meals in the dark (maintenance came day 2 in the afternoon); kitchen had no paring knife or measuring cups; second bedroom needed bedside tables. No deal breakers, but needs updating for the price. And, again, awesome ski access and we had a great time!!!
