About this property

Périgord, Sarlat, Rocamadour

Large recent villa located in the countryside, while being close to all shops. Very bright, spacious, surrounded by shaded terraces overlooking the fields. Entirely built on basement or can park two vehicles. Ideally located in the heart of the Lot and close to the Dordogne Valley. Near many tourist sites:
 Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie, Padirac chasm, Sarlat, Domme, Lascaux cave, Les Eysies .... You can do your daily market fresh produce and discover the vineyards of the Lot Valley.
All summer are organized festivals of different musical, cultural and gastronomic events. I will be available for any information.

Problème de sécurité extérieure avec des enfants. Accès terrasse bûches de bois en guise d escalier. Piscine non securisee portillon non ferme à clé. Bon séjour piscine agréable avec les fortes chaleurs.

le propriétaire et son épouse sont très accueillants. La maison est grande et lumineuse. Il y a beaucoup d'espace. L'endroit est calme et paisible. Il y a des commerces à proximité et de très belle visite à faire.
