Ideally located at the top of the green valley in the Leman Alps, this charming Savoyard studio is on the 2nd floor of a quiet condominium.
At the foot of the ski slopes of the Bellevaux Hirmentaz les Habères ski area (1st ascent 500m) and close to many Nordic areas, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, gliding, sled dogs, horseback riding, pony or donkeys ... And 1/2 hour from Lake Leman and its beaches.

The studio is 17m2 plus mezzanine.
It consists in the entrance of a corner night bed bunk 1 person, 1 wardrobe and wardrobe, a living room with kitchenette area and sofa bed, a mezzanine with double bed and small dresser, shower room and d a sunny balcony.
On the ground floor: local with ski locker and outdoor parking.
