Studio 4 people on the 1st floor lift, open view on the village and the Pointe de Ressachaux. American kitchen, living room with TV, balcony equipped with furniture with panoramic view of the valley. Heated cellar and ski rack, table tennis table available, private parking space of the residence
Access to the slopes at 300 m, village center, shops, entertainment, 300 m. Direct access to the Morzine / Les Gets / Avoriaz ski areas.
Bed and bathroom linen can be provided.
A cleaning service is also possible.

Comfortable studio

5 minutes to the bus (uphill though!) Or 10 minute walk. Roomy apartment for 2 or 3 with all the facilities you need. Pleasant balcony in the early afternoon.

This Property is not worth to rent, many things don’t work as should, noisy extractors, both doors front and balcony doesn’t close normally, shower holder broken, spider nets in corners but most important owners don’t say before and during rentals but we no allowed to keeping bikes inside so I not recommend this property for anyone

Ce n'est pas la réalité, je vous donne ci-dessous le texte exact de mon acceptation, je cite : "J'ACCEPTE VOTRE RESERVATION A LA CONDITION QUE VOUS N'AYEZ PAS DE VTT. SI C'EST LE CAS, VOTRE DEMANDE EST REFUSEE, IL EST FORMELLEMENT INTERDIT DE PENETRER DANS LA RESIDENCE AVEC DES VELOS, L'ACCES VOUS SERAIT INTERDIT" Je pense que ce texte avait le mérite d'être clair et c'est pourquoi je n'ai pas compris votre critique sur ce sujet.

Semaine Morzine

Studio sympa, belle vue et bien placé. Très bon contact avec les personnes qui s'occupent de la location. Un peu juste cependant pour 3 adultes et 1 adolescent, le coin avec les lits superposés étant très étroit. Mais pour une semaine, avec du beau temps, nous étions principalement à l'extérieur ou sur la terrasse. Excellent séjour !

A la découverte de la neige

Studio très bien entretenu malgré son âge. Très belle vu ensoleillé le matin c'est très agréable. Pas de chauffage dans la cave pour les chaussure de ski,nous avons préféré laissé nos sky au pied des pistes pour 10 euros par jours. Quelque travaux devrais être fait sur la copropriété niveau gouffre énergétique. A la montagne on fais pas d'économie d'énergie c'est un peu décevant.
