WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. VRBO is a scam!!

VRBO asked me to revise my review. I will not until I get my refund!!!!! THIEVES!!! My reservation was accepted and paid in full. I NEVER accessed the property. Had to make different plans in a hurry. Still waiting for my refund!!! Don't know if it's the host or VRBO that stole from me!!!
