Grade 2 listed cottage, in quiet rural location in the heart of South Devon. 3 bedrooms, with bath/shower room, and separate WC makes this ideal for a family of six (up to 7 using the sofa bed), but cosy enough as a romantic retreat for two. Fully fitted kitchen, with all the home comforts for your catering needs.
Easy access to the South Devon coastline, with good sea food restaurants, including Dartmouth, Salcombe, and Kingsbridge. Well known beaches at Bantham, Slapton and Bigbury-on-Sea within an easy drive. Within 10 miles to the edge of Dartmoor, and it's rugged landscape, inspiration for Conan Doyles "Hound of the Baskervilles".
