Comfortable apartment in a secure residence in the heart of the seaside resort of Morgat, consisting of a bedroom with double bed (safe), a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, a kitchen open to the living room, with dining table for 4 covers, a bathroom with shower / bath, and a separate toilet. This ground floor also offers a terrace of 20m2 including a covered and heated part. It also includes a privatized parking space. All amenities nearby, (pharmacy, doctor, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, beach, ...), all 200m from the housing.

Emplacement idéal supermarché plage restaurant … à pied. Place de parking dédiée très appréciable. Appartement très bien décoré et équipé. Il ne manque que le wifi et un micro ondes mais on s’en passe 😉. Sur la presqu’île de Crozon le séjour est forcément reussi
