Spacious apartment in Évian with garden terrace and parking

This 64 m2 flat is on the first floor of a small building in Evian centre and has access to a private terrace and garden.
The living room has a sofa-bed, armchairs and a TV. The kitchen area is well equipped : large fridge/freezer, gas hob, and induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, oven. The terrace and garden (outside furniture available) are accessible through glass doors in this main room.

Both bedrooms have double beds and face the garden. Wardrobes and cupboards are available as well as a small laundry room.
The bathroom offers a shower, sink and washing machine. The WC are separate.

Free wifi. Private garage on the right side of the building (medium to small car).

Le Garage n’est utilisable que pour une micro car de part l’accès exigu et l’encombrement de mobilier. La serrure d’immeuble est capricieuse: nous avons eu plusieurs fois recours aux voisins pour ne pas rester coincé dehors.Il semble que l’agence avait connaissance du problème mais ne nous a pas averti.
