Beautifully decorated and very well equipped studio of 24 m2 on the top floor of a residence with lift, close to all amenities with direct access to the beach at 30m. Air conditioning, large terrace with side sea view, kitchen redone, washing machine, internet with wifi. A little cocoon for your holidays. Located on the right bank, close to downtown and shops while being quiet.

Propriétaires très aimables, location superbe tout proche de la plage mais assez calme. On peut faire beaucoup de choses en allant à pied. Intérieur fonctionnel et propre. Le seul petit problème c'est de trouver une place pour se garer mais nous avons toujours réussit.

Appartement très propre, très bien agencé,très bonne literie,la terrasse d où l on peut voir la mer dommage qu il y ai des appartements en face et sur un coté vis à vis mais on ne peut pas tout avoir surtout vu le prix attractif A quelques mètres mer et centre à 5 mn.Accueil parfait avec toutes les explications Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Studio très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse vue latérale mer. Il est très bien situé au calme dans une résidence bien entretenue, tout peut se faire à pieds ( plage, commerces, restaurants, gare...). Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires disponibles.
