CAP D'AGDE / Les Falaises area: superb 120m² T5 duplex villa on 500m² of land comprising: on the ground floor, fitted kitchen open to living / dining room, bedroom 1 (one 160cm bed), bathroom with shower, separate WC and upstairs, bedroom 2 (2 single beds) opening onto terrace with beautiful sea view, bedroom 3 (bunk beds), bedroom 4 (master suite with bathroom) water with shower), bathroom with bath and separate WC. Laundry room outside with washing machine / dryer.

Pleasant garden with swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden furniture and deckchairs.
Possibility to park two vehicles inside the field.

Equipment: TV, microwave, oven, washer / dryer, dishwasher, WIFI and air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms.

Ideal location 50m from the beach of the Grande Conch with direct access from the gate.

Tres belle maison, agreable et tres bien placee avec une vue magnifique sur la mer ainsi que l acces à plusieurs plages à pied permettant d alterner les baignades. Chemin piéton devant la maison qui amène au Môle pour les commerces. La climatisation est appreciable dans les chamvres d en haut car sabs elle il est difficile de dormir en été. Grand jardin clôt et belle piscine sans trop de vis à vis. Superbe location decoree avec goût seul bemol : l absence de draps compris dans le prix et ménage à prendre en option, ce qui pour une maison de cette taille est dommage. Agence tres reactive.

Größte Vorsicht!

Ich fange direkt mit den negativen Sachen an. - Villa wird ohne Bettwäsche und Handtücher vermietet, was an sich nicht schlimm wäre, wenn man das vorher wissen würde. Wir mussten Handtücher und Bettwäsche bei der Vermietungsagentur kaufen ( die Anreise findet immer Sonntags statt und somit hatten wir keine andere Möglichkeit die Sachen woanders zu besorgen). Somit mussten wir 180 Euro für angeblich neue Wäsche bezahlen. Leider waren die Sachen nicht neu und rochen sehr modrig und feucht. - die Villa war sehrstaubig bei der Anreise, die Wände waren zum Teil bemalt, was uns nicht weiter gestört hat - ein Türgriff war in einem Zimmer locker/kaputt (hat uns auch nicht gestört) - nach der Abreise wurden die Spuren an den Wänden und Türgriff uns vorgeworfen und es wurden 250 Euro fast wortlos dafür abgebucht. Ausserdem wurde es behauptet, dass wir das Haus nicht geputzt hätten. Es wurden aber vor der Anreise 150 Euro für die Endreinigung abgebucht. Offensichtlich vergessen. - es hieß , dass der Müllcontainer, der sich vor dem Haus befand, voll war ( was aber meiner Meinung nach komplett in Ordnung war, da wir ja kein Müll im Haus gelassen hatten und der Müllcontainer sollte einen Tag später geleert werden) Wir haben versucht diesbezüglich Kontakt zu dem Vermieter aufzunehmen, aber erfolglos. Das Geld ist einfach abgebucht worden. Größte Vorsicht bei dem Objekt, am besten vorher Fotos von den Mängeln machen!!! Wir reisen schon seit Jahren und wir haben noch nie eine so schlecht

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Die Beschreibung des Hauses hat in jeder Hinsicht gestimmt, die Nähe zum Strand ideal, die Betreuung durch die Agentur Acapulco war unkompliziert und vorbildlich. Der Pool war beheizt und wurde von einer Firma zwei Mal die Woche gepflegt. Lediglich das recht schwache WLAN war manchmal etwas nervend. Aber das ist eigentlich "Jammern auf hohem Niveau".

Splendides vacances

Une vue a couper le souffle sur les FALAISES & mer tous les matins au réveil. Un emplacement idéal pohr passer d'une plage a l'autre, d'un port a l'autre etc... La maison est splendide, pratique au quotidien, bien équipée. Nous etions 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire ainsi qu'avec l'agence a notre arrivée. Bref je recommande fois 1000.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Pool und super Aussicht!

Es hat uns sehr gefallen.Die Villa ist super eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Highlights waren der beheizte Pool und die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Das WLAN funktionierte leider nur im Wohnbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très agréable séjour dans ce petit cocon

Véritable cocon, parfaitement équipé et décoré, notre famille a pu y passer un séjour très agréable. L'extérieur avec les aménagements jardin et piscine en retrait par rapport au chemin du bord de mer permet d'être à l'abri des regards et de profiter de la villa en toute tranquillité. La mer étant un peu fraiche, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée presque tous les jours. En conclusion, une belle prestation pour cette villa dans laquelle nous aimerions revenir.
