Really good stay

Property was just as advertised, easy to get around and plenty of restaurants on the door step. Host was brilliant, met us, showed us around and gave good restaurant recommendations. Tasty corner our favourite for greek salad and souvlaki meal for 2 was about £25 with delish rose. Great stay to see the sights of athens

Balcony wine

We had a wonderful stay! Central location, wonderful unit and Maria was great. She has maps and suggestions for delicious restaurants that she walked us through at check in. The balcony was great to spend some time in the evenings drinking some wine. Couldn’t have asked for a better intro to Athens!

Good location to explore Athens

We rented this place for a eight day stay in Athens., from which we explored the city and the country. It’s a nice three bedroom with kitchen and a balcony on the second floor. Amenities were what we needed, including an elevator and a short walk to the metro line. There was WiFi, but it cut out frequently in the evenings. Overall I recommend this place for your family stay.

We’ve rented many European apartments - this one is at the top for communication and organization. In addition, Mariza and Harry have a great sense of what a renter might need - every time we wondered if something was provided, there it was! Greek Greatness

The apartment is exactly what the pictures portray. It’s very clean and comfortable, stocked with plenty of “extras” that really make the stay that much more amazing. Maria is amazing and so helpful, she even allowed us to check in 2 1/2 hours ahead of the schedule time, thankfully! The neighborhood concerned me at first, but I assure you, it’s very safe and the natives are very willing to help. If I ever return to Athens, I will more certainly stay here again.

Our second visit and we’ll be back!

I can’t recommend this lovely apartment too highly. My husband and I stayed last year and we returned this year with our adult daughter. The apartment is really comfortable and has everything you need. It is very quiet. It has lots of outdoor space. We loved the local feel of the area and yet the Acropolis is only a short metro ride away. The metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Maria is a lovely, accommodating and very responsive host!

Nice apartment with great balcony but noisy

The apartment is nice, spacious, and lovely decorated. The bathroom is a bit small and could use a do-over but everything was working fine. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has a great balcony and good A/C. The location of the apartment is ok but the taxi driver warned us about the area not being save and it did look dirty and run-down. It was also very noisy outside, even though the windows are good. Also, ceiling and walls are wafer-thin and you could hear the neighbors next door walking and arguing. The landlady was nice and wifi was available, so overall it was a good experience.

QUASI PERFECTION

Excellente, un appartement spacieux, parfaitement équipé, dans un immeuble moderne et sécurisé, bien situé à proximité du métro et des commerces nécessaires pour passer quelques jours. Seul point négatif, rue en mauvais état.

Great Stay

The apartment was in a very good location and was most comfortable. Have the large outside terrace was wonderful. To have privacy and yet be close to everything was wonderful. Also our host was great immediate answers on the very few questions we had. If you are not looking for a 5 star hotel and want a nice clean apartment in a great location then I recommend this stay! If I were to go back to Athens I would stay here again@

Lovely apartment in a great location- alread to return!

Last time we stayed in Athens we stayed in the very central tourist district of Plaka but we much preferred staying here.The apartment itself is so comfortable, has everything you need and lovely outdoor spaces. We had our morning coffee on a sunny balcony at the back of the apartment and an evening drink on the lovely terrace. We loved the location. It was very close to a metro station and only a very short ride to the Acropolis metro station. We also took the metro and had a lovely day at Piraeus. However, we loved staying in this friendly, less touristy neighbourhood. A 3 minute walk takes you to a bustling square(where the metro station is) with lots of bars and restaurants and with a wonderful Greek chain called the Bread Factory where they sold Greek food of every description to eat there or take away. Try a slice of the warm spinach and feta pie! Just down the road from the apartment is a delightful very reasonably priced restaurant. Across the road from that is a lovely simple bar/corner shop where you can sit outside with the locals and enjoy an evening beer. The area has a lovely, friendly and safe local feel with all sights easily accessible. María and Harry were very helpful before and after we made the booking. They booked our excellent transfers to and from the airport. Maria was lovely and was and was there to meet us. She left all sorts of extras like wine, juice, coffee, biscuits and cake. Just my husband and I stayed this time but the apartment would comfortably accommodate a family. All round we had a wonderful experience and are planning to return next year.

Amazing property in a Center of the city

This home is truly a beauty! Everything is well thought out! As a host myself, I was taking notes of all details hosts thought of, truly very considerate and much appreciated! Apartment is and building are super clean and area is very safe Harry was extremely helpful with points of interest. Deff a 5* experience, TY!

Perfect home away from home in a quiet neighorhood

The apartment was perfect - it had everything we could think of and more. The location is in a quieter neighborhood, but a very short walk to the metro and hop-on/hop-off bus. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. Our host was so helpful - she arranged transportation to and from the apartment and gave us a wealth of information and tips.

Overall very good experience. Very clean apartment. Conveniently located close to metro, just a few minutes away. Helpful host, although I did not meet her in person. She was readily available via text. Well equipped apartment with all the essentials. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this place .

Beautiful apartment, good location, near metro, easy access to Athens centre.

Host was waiting for us on arrival, very informative. Left us lots of extras, wine, water, cake, biscuits and coffee. Apartment is lovely, very clean, has everything you need and more. Beds and pilliws very comfortable. Balcony is lovely to relax on after walking all day. All round excellent stay, would highly recommend.

Casa bella e comoda. Da consigliare.

La casa di Mariza è vicinissima alla stazione della metro metaxourgiou (linea rossa) da cui si arriva all'acropoli con solo 4 fermate. La pulizia è eccellente e la casa è nuovissima, comoda, accogliete e silenziosa. La cucina è superaccessoriata. Il terrazzo ci ha permesso di godere di colazioni e cene all'aperto. Unico neo è il quartiere, abbastanza degradato, come gran parte di questo settore della città.

Great place to stay!!

This apartment is really lovely. The location is good (less than five minutes walk to the metro station which takes you to the city center) and at the end of the afternoon, the sun shines right on the balcony in the afternoon, which makes it a nice place to sit and relax (and if you want shade instead of sun, that's also possible with the sunshade present). Next to that, the apartment was very clean and Harry is a great host, very helpful and friendly. He assists guest with anything they might need. We stayed here with our family of 4 (parents with two teenagers) and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Athens

Lovely apartment near transportation. Air Conditioning was perfect as it was quite hot while we were there. Has all the amenities you will need. Harry was there to meet us and filled us in on the apartment and how to find the transportation with maps. This apartment was very clean and nice.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel et accès facile par le métro aux sites d'intérêts d'Athènes.

L'appartement est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. L'accueil a été agréable et efficace. Nous avons apprécié le livret avec les adresses utiles, sorties restaurant, plans,... L’appartement est situé tout près d'une station de métro avec ligne directe pour les sites d'intérêt. Les promenades à pied à certains endroits du quartier sont toutefois moins agréables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
