In a pleasant setting, nestled among the pines, this cozy apartment invites you to relax.
You will spend peaceful moments lulled by the song of the waves.
Ideally located between the 2 beaches of Saint Palais sur Mer and close to the city center on foot.
Located in the residence of "Belvedére du Roy" in Platin.
The city center of Saint Palais is rich in shops, restaurants and offers all the amenities; its daily regional market as well as the Bureau beach.
The very beautiful wild beach of Platin with its devil's bridge is 250m walk from this apartment.

This includes a table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs.
Pleasant decoration for this stay with a rapido sofa including a bed for 2 people (new 140cm mattress).
Open and equipped kitchen with 1 ceramic glass hob, 1 new fridge with freezer compartment, 1 new washing machine, 1 mini oven, Senseo coffee maker and toaster.
1 sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (90x190)
1 bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer and storage cupboards.
1 separate wc
This apartment is equipped with a TV and a wardrobe.
Free private parking.
Practical advice: all the crockery is available as well as the pillows and blankets.
