It has been recently renovated and features breathtakingly beautiful views of the Blue Mountain Resort. The living room is the perfect area to gather with your loved ones and enjoy a fun-filled family night or plan tomorrow's adventures. Enjoy your warm cup of cocoa at the furnished balcony as you overlook the development and admire the scenery.

What's nearby:
Located across from the entrance to the Blue Mountain Village within the Wintergreen development, you won't find a better location than this one. You'll be sitting along the first hole of the famous Monterra Golf Course and a short walking distance from the Village. This area is a hot spot for outdoor lovers. Golf courses abound and you won't have trouble finding tennis courts nearby. Plunge! Aquatic Centre is a great family-friendly place to visit with your loved ones. It features plenty of waterslides, outdoor, indoor, and kiddie pools, hot tubs, and even docks! Collingwood is five and a half miles away and there you can explore the famous Scenic Caves or have a picnic in Millennium Overlook Park.

The pictures accurately show this unit. It was very clean and we had lots of room for the 5 adults to relax and socialize. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! The location is great! Close to the village, Spa and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

In the main bathroom:- the fan did not work properly (when tuend in, it made a loud noise)In the second bathroom:- there was hair all on the floor and on the walls of the shower - soap and other products were on the shower walls as well- the shampoo and conditioner bottles from the previous resident had been left in the shower - so overall the shower had obviously not be cleaned and neither had the bathroom floor

Lovely stay. A few of the dishes were dirty. And the propane tank was not attached to the bbq and was out of propane so we couldnt use it for our planned dinner on friday night. But overall, everything was cute and clean!

Wintergreen #202 is so close to Blue Mountain Village that it was just as convenient as being right in the heart of it. This unit had an excellent layout with amenities as described in the listing. The majestic stone wall and high ceilings in the living room created a ski-lodge vibe which was cozy and swanky at the same time. We love to cook and were very pleased that the kitchen was well appointed to meet our needs. The pilot light had gone out on the fireplace (that’s a common thing with gas fireplaces so it’s definitely not a complaint) and the property manager arrived within 15 minutes to get it up and running for us which was phenomenal customer service. High five! We would happily book this unit again in the future.

Amazing location

We stayed here for our boys golf weekend. The proximity to golf course and village were perfect. We could walk across the street to the clubhous, watch people tee off in the morning from our balcony. Unit itself was spacious with comfortable beds for everyone and a well equipped kitchen and bbq. We will stay again for sure.

Spacious! Great view and loved, loved, loved how close the village was and the connivence of having the shuttle! They interior was well furnished and the great room with the fireplace was a welcomed spot apres ski!

This villa is perfectly located near the Village at The Blue Mountains, and just the right size for my family of five to enjoy a luxurious stay. Very neat, clean and well appointed with everything we needed to make our own meals, relax and socialize when the weather wasn’t good, and plenty of personal space for quiet time.

Great location

Location is close to the blue mountains village and at the public golf course. The unit was spacious, great internet and bell tv! The linens were fantastic and comfortable beds! Only thing I can say is that the furniture looked tired/used. Also, though the kitchen had everything needed to cook with there was no basics i.e., salt, pepper, oil unless I couldn’t find it? I would return again. Great stay and good sleeps!
