This seasonal rental of 3 bedrooms consists of a house of 90 m² including 30 m² of terrace, and a bungalow located a few meters higher on the ground (accessible by stairs). The latter also has a terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean.

A barbecue is at your disposal to accompany your aperitifs.

The property has space to park your cars.

The house includes a lounge / dining room, in the extension of the terrace, with flat screen and Wifi internet access.

It offers a nice decoration and has 2 beautiful air-conditioned rooms (with double bed 160), a bathroom adjoining one of the bedrooms, and a separate bathroom with toilet.

The house also has a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, hotplates, toaster, kettle ...).

The bungalow has a terrace, a ventilated bedroom (with double bed 140) and an adjoining bathroom with WC.

The house also has an outside laundry area with washing machine.

This holiday home is located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, the seaside resort of reference on the island of Reunion, in a quiet and residential area.

Beyond its magnificent view, you will appreciate being able to walk to the Esplanade des Roches Noires (3 minutes walk), a place of conviviality with its restaurants and bars facing the Indian Ocean and the Port of Saint -Gilles.
At the end of the esplanade, the beach of Roches Noires with its white sand will seduce you. The bathing area is protected by a shark net when conditions permit.

The main street of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains (with the famous bakery "Chez Loulou") is 3 minutes walk. The aquarium that will delight the little ones is located 7 minutes walk from the house; as the marina for an outing to discover dolphins and whales, for a big game fishing trip, or for a dive to discover the seabed of Reunion.

Treat yourself to an enchanted parenthesis on the intense island! In the heart of the seaside resort of the west coast of Reunion, which benefits from a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, you will enjoy the beaches and the lagoon, the sunsets, the nautical activities, while radiating easily on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de la Fournaise, the circuses of Mafate, Salazie and Cilaos).

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors.

Animals are not allowed.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

Rental of 7 days minimum.

To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be requested. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.

Deposit: An imprint of credit card or a check of 1500 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.

A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.

Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Release time: between 8h and 11h.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.

In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8h), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested upon arrival).
