In the heart of the Landes beautiful house of 160 m2 with a large garden, located in a small quiet village 5 minutes from the A63, 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Landes (Contis, Mimizan ...) 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the Basque Country and Spain.
The house has a barbecue, a swing, a ping-pong table and a semi-inground outdoor pool secured by a fence and a gate.

Accueil au top, hôtes d une grande gentillesse et logement parfait

Au programme : plage de Conti, piscine ,visite du pays basque ( à 1h de route), coucher de soleil sur la dune du pilat ( 1h de route )

Gran semana de descanso

Hemos pasado una gran semana de trabquilidad y descanso. La casa es amplia y limpia, la piscina y el jardin son fantasticos sobre todo para los niños y hay muchas cosas que ver en las cercanias, como platas, iglesias o parques naturales. La comunicacion con los propietarios fue muy amable y sencilla. Todo bien!!

Hergement parfait!

Cette maison est parfaite pour une famille. Elle est très très propre je tiens à le signaler tout est impeccable. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Il y a beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants ( jeux de societé...)mais aussi a l extérieur ( trotinette, skateboard, vélos...). Natacha et Christophe et sont vraiment très accueillant et très gentil. L océan est a 20 min il y a des activités proches également ( labyrinthe dans un champs de maïs, accrobrancche, lac avec pédalo paddle ...). Nous avons vraiment passer un agréable séjour malgré une météo capricieuse!!!!! Foncez vous ne serez pas déçu!

Région où les villages sont un peu éloignés Il faut donc avoir un véhicule et ne pas hésiter à faire quelques kilomètres

Maison très agréable à vivre

Une jolie maison bien équipée dans un petit village. A proximité pain, superette et tabac journaux. Prévoir la voiture pour plus d'activités mais beaucoup de choses à une vingtaine de km: base nautique d'Arjuzanx, Mimizan... Séjour au Top dans une maison très propre avec propriétaires accueillants et ponctuels. A refaire!

Toujours aussi bien !

Nous sommes revenus pour la seconde année consécutive. La maison est toujours aussi bien tant en ce qui concerne la localisation proche des plages, que les équipements intérieurs et extérieurs. Nous vous la conseillons vivement !

Propriétaires très agréables et accueillants, maison très propre et fonctionnelle, terrain très bien entretenu, trop peu de commerces à proximité ce qui nécessite de prendre sans cesse la voiture et la proximité de la route départementale très passante est un point négatif pour la quiétude de la propriété

Maison et jardin très agréable

Location située dans un village calme au milieu des pins, idéal pour des balades à vélo. Un dépôt de pain à 500m, un supermarché à 10 min. L'accès aux différentes plages et très facile avec peu de fréquentation sur les routes mi juillet. Accueil très agréable et sympathique. Il ne manque rien dans cette maison idéale pour une famille ( jeux intérieurs comme extérieur) Piscine fermée par une clôture et portail, parfait pour les enfants. Hygiène des literies irréprochable en ces temps de covid... Nous recommandons sincèrement cette location que nous avons trouvé au dernier moment et l'avantage est que nous ne sommes pas obligés de réserver une semaine complète ! Merci beaucoup !

Très agreable, avec un jardin marvelleux

C’est une maison avec tout ce qu’ il faut aux vacances familliales. Très propre. Le jardin est grande, très jolie et la piscine assez grande. C’est sure qu’on reviendra!

Très bon sejour

Maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et particulièrement bien adaptée à une famille. La piscine semi enterrée est parfaite pour nager et jouer. Le grand jardin, les vélos, la balançoire, le barbecue sont très appréciables. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. La région est très belle et les 20 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre les plages sont très agréables car sans embouteillages (séjour en août pourtant) et à travers les très belles routes au milieu des pins.
