Beautiful house close to the ocean

You will be at home. New housing (construction 2019).
In the heart of a residential area in the heart of the forest.
20 minutes from the ocean (you will find Contis and Mimizan beaches).

Ideal for couples or/and friends.

You will have at your disposal basic necessities (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, coffee, tea and lot of others things...).

Bed and bathroom linen provided. You can park your vehicule safely.

You will be welcomed in a beautiful pavillion of 108m² including an entrance, a large living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with cupboards, 1 master bedroom with bathroom (with bath).
Enclosed garden.

A very nice space for a great vacation in a village 20 minutes from the ocean and 15 minutes from the Arjuzanx lake.

If you come by car, you will find easily this house by the highway A63.

Simply great

A wonderful house that provided everything needed. We felt immediately welcome and home: vacations from the first minute of arrival. The village is small but central in terms of highway connection, supermarkets as well as visiting different beaches. We experienced the neighborhood calm and the nature around is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would not hesitate to come back.

Wonderful house

The house is really amazing. It is extremely well equipped (we did not miss anything) and very tastefully designed and decorated. Everything clean and in a very good condition. Beds are comfortable. Also the outdoor furniture is very nice and enough for 6 people. Great pool. Jacques gave us a warm welcome and explained everything. A lot of "all-day-use" equipment was available (soap, coffee filters and powder, garbage bags, ...). The area is very calm. The village itself does not really offer anything. No restaurants or shops, just a little "tabac" shop which is open in the morning only. Next supermarket is about 10km away, the next bigger one about 20km. Next beaches are about 30 minutes by car, also for the next bigger villages. Overall, we can really recommend this very beautiful and well-equipped house with its lovely pool.

“Ein perfekter Aufenthalt – besser geht’s nicht!”

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Die Region ist traumhaft schön, und das Haus selbst ist ein echtes Juwel. Es ist das erste Mal, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, dass wirklich an alles gedacht wurde – es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt.Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt Sophie und Jacques in die Einrichtung und Ausstattung gesteckt haben.Wenn wir könnten, würden wir 10 von 5 Sternen vergeben!Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sophie und Jacques – wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
