Adorables étapes 1B / 1Ba vers le bal / plage. Tout simplement mignon comme une oreille d'insectes, ce chalet chéri dispose d'un salon avec télévision à écran plat, WiFi, Queen dans la chambre et canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine comprend un lave-vaisselle, une cuisinière à gaz, un four micro-ondes et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, verres, plats, etc. La salle de bain a un combo baignoire / douche, et la chambre a une télévision à écran plat, des curseurs pour une terrasse privée, qui s'ouvre ensuite sur la cour arrière gazonnée. L'autre unité sera vacante pendant votre séjour à tout moment, donc c'est complètement privé pour vous! À quelques pas de la promenade et de l'accès à la plage / vue, sans parler du restaurant du Best Western Hotel au bout de la rue, ou promenez-vous à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons du Prom pour admirer le célèbre Turnaround, de nombreux autres restaurants et boutiques, le Arcade, Times Theatre et Movie House. Il y a tellement de choses à faire et à voir et vous n'êtes qu'�� quelques pas de TOUT!

Super cute little place, was very close to the beach and all the main shopping. I attended an event at the Convention Center which was really close, just 4 small blocks away. Accuracy of the listing and the communication were wonderful.

We chose to come to Seaside to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were looking to unwind and recharge and enjoy some one on one time. And we did just that! We really enjoyed the location because it was so close to everything and we could just walk anywhere.

This place was so close to all downtown options and a minute walk to the beach. The WiFi was glitchy and had to restart multiple times. However, the point of contact for the VRBO was always available to help retrieve the steps to restart.

Great place for a little family

We loved how close it was to the beach itself! The downtown seaside activities were easy to access and kept us busy and entertained. The only thing that was a little difficult was the lack of cookware. No mixing bowls, no lids for the pots and no baking dishes. But that was minor and not a super inconvenience. We were able to enjoy a nice quiet get away just like we needed!

This is our second stay at this property. It has all the basics plus a backyard. You can’t beat the location for ease of beach access. Definitely, take advantage of the beach cart and beach chairs.

It's a lovely little house. The couch turned into a bed and was comfortable. It had a relaxing back porch. There were fewer pans and supplies than usual in a house like this, but it was acceptable.

Wonderful little home

We absolutely loved our time at this home. It is so close to the beach it’s amazing. The home had everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze. Communication was excellent. Directions to the home were perfect. The kitchen was outfitted with all we needed. The shower was excellent with great power. The bed was comfortable and the windows allowed nice breezes. When we come back to seaside we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

One Hiccup, but Quickly Rectified

Our stay at this property started on a Sunday evening. We were very pleased with the location and amenities. However, Monday morning we were awakened at 8am by all sorts of construction equipment grading the property mere feet from the east side of the house. And, as if that weren't sufficiently annoying, the house to the west was being re-sided (hammer-time!) We called the folks at BeachHouse Vacation Rentals. They sent a very nice lady to the house that afternoon who told us they had no idea this was going to occur. Fortunately the grading did NOT continue during the rest of our stay, and the folks at BVR offered us a reduction in the price, which we really appreciated. A very professional company... highly recommended.

Cute property by the beach

The property was good sized for my wife and our niece who stayed with us this weekend. Our niece specifically enjoyed the rope swing out back! The beach is a short direct walk from the house, and has an accessible hose to wash your feet off after a sandy walk. It is also about 15 minutes (walking) from the bulk of Downtown Seaside which is awesome because parking anywhere in town is very challenging. Our only critical feedback is that the house offers only basic cooking supplies. Reheating leftovers was a challenge because only one metal pan was available and no foil was provided. As an added touch, I think having a set of crab crackers would be nice as well (we were going to order crab from a restaurant and realized we didn't have a way to break it open). While normally I wouldn't care, Seaside is a crabbing town so its very easy to get your own crab. Highly recommend you stay here!

Lovely with exception

This unit is great! I loved the back yard, the patio, lights, and the beach wagon with chairs and fire wood. The bathroom was good, except trying to figure out the shower, but eventually I dialed it in. PLEASE, get rid of the ants all over the counter. It took two nights for me to figure out that NOTHING could be left out on counter or in the sink. Not even the coffee creamer with lid on, ants got in my creamer. I’m easy going but ants are gross. The unit has traps around but maybe not enough. The beds were good, but a sheet and light weight spread were not adequate…we were cold the first night…my teen son was on the couch and only had a blanket, maybe add more blankets to the unit! Otherwise, this place was just perfect.

OK Stay

Great location and easy access. The home is cute itself. But as far as cleaniness it wasn't that great. We had ants in the kitchen the second day there. The floor was dirty, someone's hair on the floor in the bedroom by slider door, steps down to bedroom are not that safe, especially if you were elderly with the way they drop down. The sofa is dirty looking and not comfortable to sit on. The bathroom is janky, the tub is so high it's hard to step over and I'm not short, the faucets for shower and the shower head are crappy. You turn the shower on and water sprays from the shower head. And you don't have enough hot water to take a shower or for anyone else either. They have to wait for water to heat again as the water tank is small. You charge a cleaning fee, but it's not that clean and to have people start laundry before leaving and garbage taken out, there shouldn't be the high price of cleaning. For the price that's charged to stay, it really does need some updating and fix some things. For the price charged, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here at this point. We've stayed at other VRBO's and have enjoyed them.

Just OK For Price

Pros: the location was nice and very close to the beach. Having dedicated parking and easy to use thermostat was great. Also having smart tvs is a good perk. Back yard area was nice and washer and dryer were very nice to have. Cons: Bathroom was poorly lit, no fan that appears to have caused a sagged ceiling, only one washcloth but four towels, and there was hair on the floor next to the vent. The claw foot tub really should be mentioned though because some people would have a very hard time getting in and out (mentioned in other reviews). The bedroom steps are pretty hazardous, mostly the smaller top one. The bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The door to the laundry doesn't even fit right and was hard to close even most of the way. Check out requiring starting laundry is pretty unconventional.
