Charming apartment just renovated, on the first floor of a particular house.
Very bright, with a magnificent sea view.
The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, dining area, living room (convertible sofa bed 140) and workspace. Two very nice rooms, with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds (possibility of turning them into a double bed) and a bathroom with a large shower.
Ideally located, close to shops (restaurants, creperies, biscuit, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, butcher, caterer), the beach and the golf of Cornwall. Private garden.
4 km from Fouesnant, 5 km from Concarneau (its historical site: the closed city / its spa), 15 km from Quimper (St Corentin Cathedral), 15 km from Bénodet (its casino / thalasso), 22 km from Pont Aven ( the city of painters), 35 km from Locronan (city of character - in December: its Christmas market and illuminations not to be missed), 83 km from Brest (Océanopolis: Giant Aquarium of Brittany best known in France).
From La Forêt-Fouesnant: embarked for the Glénans Archipelago (magnificent islands, wild with its translucent water).

Very good stay

A very nice place to stay to see the south and west of Brittany. Lovely place with all the privacy you need. Laurence and Gilles react quickly on questions if you may have these. We loved it here and would recommend it to everyone.

Wir haben fast drei wundervolle Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht.Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie sie auf den Bildern wirkt, vielleicht sogar noch ein wenig gemütlicher. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und durch gutes Englisch ihrerseits war die Kommunikation -trotz unserem limitierten Französisch- problemfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht auf das Meer

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist neuwertig und und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht bis zum Meer ist wunderschön. Zum hübschen Ort mit Bäcker, kleinem Supermarkt und Restaurants läuft man zehn Minuten. Ansonsten ist dies ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der südlichen Bretagne.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren vier Nächte im Juni 2024 in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Gebäude, ein Stockwerk tiefer. Die Kommunikation war schnell und problemlos, die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung und die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, auch wenn die verkehrsberuhigte Straße unmittelbar vorbeiführt. Sehr angenehm ist das große Wohnzimmer. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Wir sahen auf dem Feld hin und wieder Rehe und Füchse - und natürlich das Meer bis zum Cap Coz und darüber hinaus die Entwicklung der Tiden. Vielen Dank!

Sehr saubere, komfortable, top moderne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, erst vor kurzem komplett neu saniert und eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss im Haus der Vermieter, die somit immer erreichbar sind, hat aber einen eigenen Stellplatz und einen separaten Eingang, so dass die Privatsphäre gewahrt ist. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Auch gibt es eine eigene Terrasse, zu der man über die Eingangstreppe gelangt. Sehr praktisch ist die Waschmaschine im Badezimmer! In ca. 800m Fußweg die Straße hinunter gibt es eine Bäckerei und zwei Restaurants, auf dem Platz dort findet sonntags auch der Markt statt und im Freilufttheater im Sommer Aufführungen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich auch nicht weit weg von dort. Zum Strand ist es zu Fuß etwas weit, zumal es in der Umgebung noch wesentlich schönere Strände gibt (z.B Plage de Maner zwischen Beg Mail und Mousterlin, ca.15 Minuten mit dem Auto). Die Vermieter sind diskret, aber immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartment. It's very cozy so you won't miss anything in case the weather is not so could. Restaurants are in walking distance, lots of sightseeings almost around the corner.... Communicating with the owners of the house is very easy.
