A fantastic location

We spent a fantastic week here and it felt like home. Exactly like in the pictures, everything we needed was there, AI responded super fast when we had a question and it was awesome to be so close to the beach. Can only recommend it.

Ok but some issues

Everything was in order and worked as intended. Minor Issues we had were resolved swiftly. The house was very cold when we arrived and smelled a bit musty. (It was after christmas.)The electric heating worked well, but was very loud. The car had to be parked in the garden, right in front of the big window. The bed did not agree with my back, so we left some days early. We did not see any human, the key was in a keysafe when we arrived, the new kettle appeared on the doorstep and we left putting the key back in its box without meeting anyone. That worked well, but we did not enjoy it. You could probably say that about the whole experience: it worked well, but we did not really enjoy it that much. (I suppose the house is better for a summer stay.)

Bonjour Johanna, nous sommes désolés que vous ayez rencontré quelques désagréments lors de votre séjour. Nous avons mis tout en œuvre pour réagir dans les meilleurs délais. A votre arrivée, la température était de 19°C. Vous avez pu ajuster la température selon vos souhaits car chaque radiateur est réglable à la convenance de l'occupant. Nous sommes surpris de la remarque concernant la voiture car il y a une grande terrasse entre l'allée de stationnement et la baie vitrée. Vous avez également des places de parking dans l'impasse juste devant la propriété. Et pour terminer, la literie est récente et d'excellente qualité. Nous avons habituellement d'excellents retours. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, l'arrivée et le départ sont indépendants grâce à la boîte à clé. Wir haben 10 Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Für eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern hat es die perfekte Größe. Die Terrasse ist top und der Weg zum Strand nur 5min. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt sehr nah zum Meer. Viele kleinere Strände können sehr gut zu Fuß entlang des Küstenwanderwegs erreicht werden.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in traumhaften Ferienhaus

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für ganze 4,5 Wochen gebucht, um Arbeit und Urlaub zu verbinden. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten FH sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir viele Möglichkeiten hatten, unsere Sachen unterzubringen (Kitesurf-Ausrüstung, Fahrräder...). Der tolle große Kleiderschrank im UG, leere Flächen in Küche und Bad, der Schuppen im Garten. Auch die überdachte Terrasse war super und der kleine Hauswirtschaftsraum. Das lichtdurchflutete Schlafzimmer im UG mochten wir sehr. Zur Boulangerie und anderen Geschäften kommt man nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Die Umgebung ist sehr vielfältig, man kann toll fahrradfahren oder wandern. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gepflegtes Haus in Strandnähe

Erholsam, ruhig. Nette Wanderungen in der Nähe möglich. Ebenso schöne Stunden am Strand verbracht. Die Betten im Haus sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt ist das Haus modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet sowie gut ausgestattet.

Maison très agréable

Maison cosy, bien décorée, parfaitement équipée et très propre. Elle est très proche de la plage (moins de 10 min à pieds). Les environs sont magnifiques. Les propriétaires sont très aimables, disponibles et arrangeants.

Calme a la mer

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans ce petit recoin de Cap-coz au calme absolu. Maison de style, renovee avec beaucoup de gout ou tout est bien agence pour optimiser le sejour des visiteurs quelque soit le temps. Apprecie la qualite de la literie, les lits faits a l'arrivee, les petits cadeaux et la patience d'Anne-Emmanuelle dans nos echanges. La plage a 5mn a pied, plusieurs restaurants, pistes cyclables et sentiers pedestres dans toutes les directions. Home to very cosy comfy home; bring your swim wear, your walking boots and your bikes. Garden fully enclosed and safe. You won't be disappointed. Hoping to be back soon!

Schöner Urlaub in der schönen Bretagne

Wir hatten als Familie zu fünft zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem schönen Haus in Fouesnant. Man kommt gut zu Fuß an den Strand Cap Coz. Wenn man etwas weiter an der Steilküste entlang läuft, kommt man auch zu Fuß zu weiteren kleinen, sehr schönen Buchten.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Lage ruhig, kurzer Gehweg zum sehr schönen Strand. Haus gepflegt. Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles Nötige vorhanden für einen schönen entspannten Familienurlaub. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Sehr empfehlenswert, kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Une très jolie maison de bord de mer dans un coin paradisiaque

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en compagnie de nos deux très grands enfants dans cette ravissante maison à la décoration très soignée. Cette maison est extrêmement bien équipée et confortable. Située dans un endroit très calme à 5 minutes à pieds de la très belle plage de Cap Coz et du sentier côtier. La cuisine d’été est très pratique et permet de vivre dehors ou dedans en fonction de la météo. Accueil aux petits soins par Erwan qui a été à notre écoute tout au long du séjour. Très belle adresse, nous reviendrons !
