Sète: Quiet in the heart of town.
Renovated and very clean, we bring to this accommodation a special care to welcome you.
Housing :
LIVING ROOM: sofa and armchair, TV, hi-fi, library (children's books, novels, comics). KITCHEN microwave, oven, washing machine, hob, fridge. The BATHROOM is separated from the TOILETS. The BEDROOM can accommodate two people with separate beds or a large bed (180X200). HOUSE LINEN provided: Sheets, towels, bath mats ... Whenever possible, we respond to any other requests. The apartment is on the second floor of a building of 4 units.
The situation :
In the opinion of all our travelers, our accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from Les Halles, large daily market, mussels, oysters, tielles, fish, fresh vegetables or the heart of the large Wednesday market.
Also 5 minutes to stroll along the Royal Canal through the city, theater famous summer games and many popular animation.
Beach access:
The access to the beaches (Criques, Beaches of Villeroy or the 11 kms of beaches until Marseillan) can be done on foot, by car, by bus (until late) with the possibility of extending an evening or a dinner in one of the numerous beach huts.
A 15-minute walk from the train station, you may prefer to come by train. We then offer to pick you up and. or accompany you according to our availability. Nevertheless bus 6 is a free shuttle to the city center.
Availability of the apartment:
This accommodation is at your disposal. We live elsewhere in the city.
Upon your arrival :
we will tell you if you want the sites of the city not to be missed, restaurants that seem interesting in a price / quality ratio, some good deals ...
Household:
there is no cleaning fee, but the apartment must be left clean. When you leave, we will be grateful to report and evaluate with us any damage. Thank you
