Loved the seclusion of the cabin. It was very cozy. I loved that there was a gate to keep the babies off of the stairs. Cabin had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Thanks so much for your review and please come back,
The host/property manager called to check in on us which was very thoughtful. A few areas could have been cleaner and the location was further away than I had expected. Overall, we had a great time and just tried to enjoy the beauty of the drive.

Spent long weekend at this cabin. 5 in family. Kids stayed in loft; me and wife downstairs. We probably could have had another 4 more comfortably. Close to Dollywood, etc. Great 1/2 wrap porch upstairs for coffee or just enjoying the view. GREAT game stuff for kids. Would recommend / stay again!

Thanks so much for your review and I'm happy you had a great time.
For the most part we loved it! The biggest set back was the location. It’s up a big hill with only gravel and our car struggle to get up and down it. Other than that it was great

Sorry you had trouble with the drive.
My family stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed the property. We played air hockey almost the whole trip and the kids learned how to play pool, as well as some classic video games on the arcade. We didnt use the playground much but it was cute and in good shape. The hill down wasnt as steep as i had imagined, fine for kids as long as they arent running. My only comment is that we couldnt find oven mitts so it was difficult to get items out of the oven (glad we only used it a few times). Plenty of room for our group!

The road to the cabin is unacceptable. Scraped up my suburban. Dead bugs on the beds. Used q tips in the dining table.

Great communication and customer service, cozy cabin in the woods
Great communication and customer service, cozy cabin in the woods. The cabin was exactly what I expected based on the photographs. The kitchen and living area are a bit small for a group of six, but we made it work just fine. The hot tub and the back porch areas were very nice. Our kids enjoyed the games. It was nice to have two full bathrooms, however you could not run both showers simultaneously. So we had to take turns. Also, the larger and nicer bathroom is at the basement level, which is near the game room. It was not a problem for us but I would want people to know that. It was very cold during our stay, so the game room basement level would not be suitable for anyone to sleep down there. It was drafty and definitely the coldest area of the cabin. Guests should know that in 20 to 30° weather you really would not want to sleep down there. Check in was very easy and customer service was very responsive when we had to request our fireplace pilot light be relit. Overall a great stay and we enjoyed the secluded location.

Bumpy start
Overall we had a great stay, our code didn't work for the door when we first got there so we had to wait about 45 mins and 2 phone calls to get a working code. The power went out and didn't come back on until 5:30 the next morning and a tree had fell onto the road to our cabin and we had to call 2 different times for someone to come cut it up and remove it. I believe that the issue was with the after hours answering service not communicating well enough. The power going out and the tree blocking our drive/road wasn't something they could help but communication could be a little better. The house wasn't the cleanest but I guess that's to be expected from a cabin on a mountain in the woods. My 4 and 5 year old couldn't really play on the playset bc the yard is too steep. There was lots for us to do in the house, pool table, air hockey, and the kids really enjoyed the arcade game. It's a very cozy cabin in a great location, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that overall you had a great stay and that you found our cabin cozy and enjoyable.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the door code upon your arrival and the challenges you faced with the power outage and fallen tree. We understand how frustrating these situations can be, and we regret any inconvenience caused. We will certainly review our after-hours communication procedures to ensure smoother assistance in such circumstances in the future.
Regarding the cleanliness of the cabin, we apologize if it did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness very seriously, and we will address this with our cleaning staff to ensure a higher standard going forward.
We appreciate your understanding regarding the steepness of the yard and its impact on your children's ability to play on the playset. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will consider ways to enhance the outdoor space for families with young children.
Once again, thank you for choosing to stay with us and for your constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable experience in the future. If you decide to return, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional.
Thank you so much, Amanda, for choosing our secluded cabin and for the wonderful 10/10 review—we truly appreciate it! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the seclusion just right for relaxing in the Smokies. That's exactly the peaceful escape we aim to provide guests like you. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope the mountain views, cozy vibes, and easy access to everything Gatlinburg has to offer made your March getaway special. We'd love to welcome you back anytime—perhaps for an even longer stay next time! Safe travels, and thanks again for the kind words! Warm regards,
We had a great time at the cabin. Spacious enough to separate according to interest I.e. quiet music games. A great escape from daily routine. There was no dish soap available but other basic items like paper towel toilet paper were there.

Family vacation!
It was nice cabin just little highs prices for two bedroom. The trash can was broken and blends on the door was broke too, people can see you inside.
Everything at this cabin was great, it was very clean and had an awesome view. The spiral staircase is a little cumbersome, if you have small children I would not recommend this cabin. Be very aware this place is straight up the side of a mountain on a loose gravel road. I would recommend four wheel drive. I just had to turn off my traction control and I went up without four wheel drive. There is everything you need in this cabin as for cooking or grilling. There is a propane grill and charcoal grill.
