Nestled in the heart of Pornic, all on foot (fishing port, markets, halls, restaurants and all shops ...) pretty small new independent house 52 m2, quiet, in a dead end, not overlooked, large terrace 25 m2 facing south with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, shed for bikes, parasol, etc ....
Bedroom 1: 2 beds of 90 cm or to be joined for bed 180 cm.
Bedroom 2: Closed living room / bedroom with easily convertible sofa with 140 cm bedding (slats).
Nearby the pretty beach of La Noëveillard and its marina ...

Sheets possible:
(1 sheet house + 1 quilt house + 1 pillowcase): € 14 per bed

Nice property, great location.

Really enjoyed our stay - slight surprise after leaving to receive message on our way home about tidiness of property, having spent the previous day cleaning - and apparently satisfied the owner. But determined not to let it spoil our experience.

Un gîte au top !

Location très bien située, à proximité du vieux port, de la ville , du marché ...et de lieux touristiques. Au nord la pointe St Gildas (un peu décevant, mal balisée), la Brière si on se limite à la partie ouest, Guérande, Le Croisic... (Très bien) Au Sud : Noirmoutier (moyen) mais surtout les chemins des douaniers et les pêcheries.

Cette location est vraiment super, le fait d'être dans le centre ville nous permets de tout faire à pied. Nous sommes au calme dans une impasse. La location est très bien équipée et très très propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponible si besoin.
