Magnificent apartment in a south facing chalet with stunning views of Mont Blanc and Beaufortain. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. Equipped with wifi and 5 televisions.
An indoor garage is provided as well as an outdoor parking space. The slopes are directly accessible from the apartment, the chairlift is 300m away. A shuttle bus takes you to Les Saisies in a few minutes.

Wonderful apartment with a great view.

An apartment with an beautiful view. It lacs nothing and has a modern interior. Staying there we enjoyed every day the panorama (the valley and the mountains) from the balcony. During our stay (in summer) the road beside the house was not busy. The location makes it possible to make a many trip. There are many challenges for hikers and cyclist. Une vue Ă  couper le souffle !

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour dans ce chalet ! Le chalet est splendide , au calme, joliment dĂ©corĂ© et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© pour le sĂ©jour . Le balcon et la cheminĂ©e sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables ! . La vue est exceptionnelle , le lever et le coucher du soleil apportent des couleurs splendides. Une navette gratuite passe juste devant le chalet pour nous emmener sur les pistes ou Ă  la station des Saisies . Une trĂšs jolie station composĂ©e d’un ensemble de plusieurs chalets et proposant de nombreuses activitĂ©s ( un beau domaine de ski alpin et de fond ) , des balades Ă  pied en raquettes , luge , piscine
 et bien ensoleillĂ©e Ă  NoĂ«l. Un superbe sĂ©jour ! Merci aux propriĂ©taires pour le cadeau de bienvenue et Ă  la personne qui nous a trĂšs sympathiquement accueilli Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et notre dĂ©part !

TrĂšs bel appartement avec magnifique vue

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré une météo trÚs moyenne... Seuls bémols : le wifi n'a pas fonctionné de la semaine, il n'y avait plus de gaz dans le barbecue et nous aurions eu besoin d'allumer certains chauffages compte tenu des températures (chauffages bloqués, 16° dans la chambre de notre bébé)

TrĂšs bel appartement , trĂšs fonctionnel . La vue est superbe . Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour en famille . Le garage est bien apprĂ©ciĂ© pour dĂ©poser les skis et le matĂ©riel . Il y a mĂȘme la pelle Ă  neige pour dĂ©gager la voiture aprĂšs une nuit de neige Nous garderons un trĂšs bon souvenir des soirĂ©es devant la cheminĂ©e . Dommage que le chalet soit un peu loin des Saisies

Appartement parfait, et puis les propriĂ©taires sont belges, c.est une diffĂ©rence, en France, il n’y a plus de cuillĂšres en bois, d’ou Le matĂ©riel est abĂźmĂ© , mais en Belgique, nous faisons trĂšs attention Ă  nos casseroles et nous nous servons de cuillĂšres en bois, c.est un exemple parmi tant d’autre, finalement on se sentait chez sois

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour, l'appartement est tres confortable, tres bien equipe et tout a fait conforme aux photos. Un petit peu isole, il faut prevoir une voiture pour les courses et aller skier, mais tout est accessible en 1/4h. Je recommande!

Chalet trÚs confortable et bien équipé pour des vacances au ski en famille

Nous avons passe nos vacances de février 2017 dans ce chalet avec nos enfants et de la famille. L appartement est trÚs bien équipé et confortable pour 2 familles. La situation de l appartement est un peu en retrait de la station ce qui oblige à prendre la voiture ou la navette gratuite pour rejoindre les cours de ski au carrets dans notre cas. Nous avons put stationner nos véhicules dans le parking couvert à cÎté du chalet ce qui est un plus en période de neige abondante. L accueil de Mr Paduel est trÚs sympas et il nous a facilité le départ ce qui est aussi trÚs agréable en cette période de trafic saisonnier intense. A recommander.

Location absolument parfaite

Appartement vraiment parfait, de bonne taille mĂȘme a 2 familles, de grand standing et de trĂšs bon gout. La vue est simplement magnifique, l'appartement est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©, tout y est. La literie est excellente et mĂȘme la cheminĂ©e marche super bien...le bois est sur un des balcons, super pratique! TV dans toutes les chambres et WIFI marche parfaitement. Parking couvert trĂšs apprĂ©ciable quand il neige beaucoup ce qui a Ă©tĂ© notre cas. Bref, rien a dire cote location, nous avons passĂ© une super semaine malgrĂ© le temps trĂšs moyen. Seul bĂ©mol peut-ĂȘtre: le tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge de la RosiĂšre dont les horaires ne sont pas synchronisĂ©s avec les cours de ski des enfants aux Saisies, il faut donc prendre la navette ou la voiture. La navette est au pied du chalet mais ne passe pas assez souvent, met 30min a faire le trajet et est pleine au retour des pistes a 17H...difficile d'y monter parfois, nous avons donc prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© la voiture: parking juste a cote des dĂ©parts de cours de l'ESF aux Saisies. Le confort et la qualitĂ© de l'appartement vaut bien ce petit dĂ©sagrĂ©ment!

l'appartement est gĂ©nial. La vue est Ă©poustouflante. Les Ă©quipements du logement permettent un sejour serein, confortable dans une ambiance moderne de trĂšs bon goĂ»t. La situation du chalet et l'arrĂȘt de la navette face au bĂątiment nous ont facilitĂ© les transports (2 Familles). Tout est possible en terme d'activitĂ©s: Ski, randonnĂ©e, shopping... Nous n'avons aucun point nĂ©gatif Ă  exprimer; contact formidable avec le propriĂ©taire, et aussi avec la personne sur place, la description sur le site est fidĂšle Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, entretien impĂ©cable,... À recommander absolument.

SĂ©jour inoubliable

Vacances en famille inoubliables dans un chalet full Ă©quipĂ© (mĂȘme pour les petits enfants) et Ă  la dĂ©co trĂšs recherchĂ©e. La vue dont nous profitions Ă  chaque repas est Ă  couper le souffle, le resto en contrebas super chaleureux et les alentours d'une beautĂ© sans pareil. On y retourneras sans aucun doute!
