Living room with television and a good Italian sofa bed of 135 cm. one bathroom wiht shower, A bedroom with 1 beds of 135 cm. The kitchen is furnished with washing machine,
oven ,microwave refrigerator, hob, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The attic has independent entrance.
Animals are not permitted

Distance is 900m. from the beach and the promenade of the town.

In the lower part of the house you can enjoy a swimming pool, (ask owners)
