About this property

Brand New East Quogue Cottage

Brand new, quaint cottage in East Quogue minutes from all the east end has to offer. Newly built by local builder with all modern amenities. 10 min ride to Dune Rd beaches. 20 minutes to South Hampton. So many things to do in and around the East Quogue Area. On the first floor you have a bedroom with a Queen Bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. Oversized kitchen with an island that sits 4. Comfy living room with a couch and TV. The backdoor leads out to a backyard with a table that seats 10, and a BBQ island along with a gas firepit. 2nd floor has an oversized bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a King bed and the other with a bunk bed (twin over full). The basement has been finished in a minimalist industrial look with a pullout sofa and a large TV.

Perfect mini break

A very clean, brand new cottage with a great layout and lovely backyard that suited me and my three tween/teens perfectly for a mid-winter break. Close to stores and restaurants. Joe was a great host and explained everything clearly and was there to help when needed.

Beach Get Away

This home is close to beach and every restaurant smack in-between South Hampton and West Hampton. The home is brand new with every amenity you could ever need. In a very quiet neighborhood.
