Great location, practical set up

The apartment is located on a side street in town, conveniently-located (near restaurants, shops, beach) yet still quiet, even at night. The set-up was ideal for us (couple with one-year-old child), with enough space to spread out and handy facilities. Very clean, comfortable and functional. Both Candida and Lucia are welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

Cosy appartement in the heart of Finale Ligure

We visited Candida's appartement in July 2024, which is a modern gem in an otherwise dilapidated building. The technology in the flat has been renovated and the tap water is drinkable. No shutters on the windows, a blackout film is useful for undisturbed toddler sleep. You can reach the beach promenade in three minutes on foot. As there is no parking at the flat, you have to be inventive when arriving and departing. Candida is a friendly, approachable hostess. We liked it, we can recommend the appartement to anyone who doesn't have a problem with stairs.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro e appartamento appena ristrutturato molto bello

L 'appartamento era davvero molto bello con tutto il necessario per una piacevole vacanza. Un po' ripide le scale per arrivare al secondo piano. Non vi erano i climatizzatori ma ne eravamo a conoscenza, erano però presenti due ventilatori molto utili. Non vi erano però le imposte ma solo delle tende oscuranti di plastica. Devo a malincuore dire che visto il periodo, ovvero stagione dell'amore, i gabbiani purtroppo sono stati molto rumorosi e fastidiosi soprattutto nel cuore della notte. Quindi non ci hanno permesso di riposare bene

Sommerfeeling in Finale Ligure

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin, die uns auch viele Restaurantstips geben konnte. Lage des Appartment ist super, Parkplätze schwierig aber das ist in der ganzen Umgebung so. Gefehlt hat uns nur eine Klimaanlage, es gibt aber Ventilatoren. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bikeurlaub

Wir sind zu viert eine Woche in der Wohnung gewesen. Von der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Küchenutensilien etc. Das Bad ist modern, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, wobei für sehr große Menschen über 1,90m die Füße aus dem Bett hängen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Besen, WLAN, alles in bester Ordnung. Als Biker ist der einzige Nachteil, dass es keine richtige Möglichkeit zum Unterstellen gibt, da die Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt liegt. Auch Parken zum Be- und Entladen erfordert etwas Kreativität, da dies direkt bei der Wohnung nicht möglich ist. Geparkt haben wir gegenüber des Hotels "Deutsche Familie", da in der Straße ausreichend Möglichkeiten vorhanden waren und Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen, wenn man sich damit arrangiert keinen direkten Parkplatz zur Verfügung zu haben oder einen Bikekeller benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm und hat jederzeit super funktioniert über die Chatfunktion der FeWo App.

L’appartamento è molto curato e pulito, peccato per la scala fino al secondo piano, che i nonni hanno patito parecchio e l’assenza di balcone. Le finestre in camera da letto non hanno scuri ma solo tende oscuranti ed al mattino, se si è abituati a dormire al buio, potrebbe dare noia. Per me non è stato un problema.

Sehr gute Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Finale. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen und gute Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ca. 10 min entfernt. Candida ist eine außerdem eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Ganz in Ordnung (weniger geeignet für Familien mit Kleinkindern)

Wohnung mit viel Stauraum, nah am Strand und an Geschäften; Nette Vermieterin, die sofort auf Fragen antwortet; Etwas überrascht, dass es kein Internet gab; Wohnung wird auf Grund der fehlenden Rollläden in Küche/Wohnzimmer sehr heiß im Sommer; Zusammenfassend eine schöne Wohnung, vielleicht aber eine schlechte Wahl für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern in Sommer (keine Klimaanlage, kein Parkplatz, 45 Stufen mit Baby und Kinderwagen, Müll muss weiter weg gebracht werden, offene Fenster bei der Hitze führen zu hunderten Moskitobissen und einen sehr frühen Weckdienst (4:30 durch Seemöwen) und bringen ein Sicherheitsrisiko für die Kleinen;
