Next to Radisson Blu Hotel next to the Cannes Old Harbour , this very nice and modern 3 bedrooms apartment of 85 sqm with terrace is located on the 4th floor with elevator.
It has south orientation with unbelievable view on the sea.
The apartment is composed as follows:
-An entrance
- A living room with dining area, sofa couch & flat screen TV
- The living room opens on the terrace
A US kitchen all equiped with microwave/oven, dish washer, ceramic glass cook top, refrigerator, freezer & storage
1st bedroom with 2 single beds, shower, sink and cupboards
-2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and cup board
-3rd bedroom with 1 single bed
-1 bathroom with toilets and washing machine
-As said above 1 shower in the 1st bedroom
- Separate guest toilets
-Terrace with chairs, wonderful sea view
