Cannes festival stay

Really enjoyed being in the flat. Well equiped kitchen for cooking and clean, bright and nicely airconned. Lovely baclony and view of the sea, would stay again for sure.

We absolutely loved the place. Beautiful views right next to everything and the beach. Johan was amazing who met us when we checked in and checked out. Fully stocked kitchen. Absolute delight

Excellent apartment

Great location. First line on the beach. And only a few minutes away from old town. And most importantly amazing views to the water and the coast of Cannes. Comfortable bed, window shutters and everything you need at your disposal. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with incredible view

Fantastic property. Perfect for family. Wonderful location. Check in and out smooth, welcoming and friendly. Outstanding views from balcony and bedroom. Clean, well-eqipped kitchen. We have stayed in many Cannes apartments and this was the best one so far. Hope to return soon.

View and location is as described. An easy exit on to the beach road. Rooms are as described and have great AC in each. Apartment is centrally located and there are multiple near by options for parking paid by the hour (up to 3.5 hour for 20euros, free from 8PM to 8AM and free on Sundays). Johan was the person who welcomed us for check in and check out. He was very responsive and kind.

Good location

The apartment is situated in an excellent location with an amazing view. The apartment was very clean but the soft furnishings are in need of a bit of TLC. The bedding, duvets, pillows and cushions need replacing as they had a "used/unclean " smell. The settee was also uncomfortable and seen better days.

Thanks for your comments. The bedding, duvets and pillows are new every year and always extensively washed. We are very conscious about always change things such as linen, cushions etc and some were brand new. The sofa I think is a matter of taste. We love it and think it is very comfortable. Never heard anything else before. However glad you liked it and welcome back.

Joli appartement bien situé et bien décoré mais pas de place dans les armoires (qui sont pleines) pour vider nos 4 valises. Le ménage est moyen (traces sales calcaire WC et SDB). Le logement contient des cafards, annoncés le jour de notre arrivée et l'ascenseur tombe souvent en panne (problème connu de tous et du dépanneur d'ailleurs qui vient souvent). Nous avons d'ailleurs subi une panne, enfermés sous plus de 35 degrés dans un mètre cube durant 50 minutes le temps du dépannage. Nous avons alors monté les 8 étages (côté mer) à pieds plusieurs fois par jour jusqu'à la fin du séjour ! Ascenseur vétuste et pas annoncé non plus avant la réservation !

Vous n'avez eu aucune plainte à formuler à votre arrivée ou à votre départ, mais on vous a demandé de l'argent plusieurs jours après votre départ! Vous avez dit à notre manager que tout allait bien, sauf que l'ascenseur s'est arrêté une fois avec vous à l'intérieur. Nous disposons de trois armoires, dont une double penderie pour les invités, ainsi que d'une commode dans la petite chambre. Cela n'a jamais posé de problème à aucun client. L'appartment n'est pas immense, il y a donc des rangements bien adaptés à sa taille. On vous a informé qu'un cafard avait été trouvé pendant le ménage et que c'était apparemment un problème à Cannes, maintenant qu'un traitement a été appliqué dans toute la ville récemment. On vous a alors demandé de ne pas laisser de nourriture à l'extérieur et de vider les poubelles quotidiennement. Ce n'est pas arrivé ! L'appartement était rempli de miettes de pain, etc., et un grand sac poubelle débordant a été laissé, que notre gérant a proposé de sortir. Nous n'avons JAMAIS eu de cafards et ce problème est maintenant traité dans tout l'immeuble. Concernant l'ascenseur, on vous a conseillé de ne pas prendre plus de deux ou trois personnes, malgré le panneau indiquant qu'il devait être réparé. Malgré cela, Vous 4 personnes trop lourdes sont montées et ont pris l'ascenseur! Généralement, cela ne s'arrête pas. MAIS L'ascenseur est remplacé cette semaine! Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour avoir les clients satisfaits auxquels nous sommes habitues.

Beautiful

We loved our stay!! Amazing location, steps away from the beach and many restaurants. Johan welcomed us and helped my daughter and I with the suitcases and showed us the apartment and were the grocery store was. Everything was very nice!! Beautiful views from the apartment.

Excellente réactivité du manager, Johann, très aimable, et aussi des propriétaires, tous suédois. C’est la chambre à 2 lits le problème, avec le vrombissement du moteur de la clim à intervalles réguliers la nuit, qui nous réveillait malgré les boules Quiès, ainsi que les petits stores clairs non occultant s. Un vieil ascenseur jamais rénové qui tombe régulièrement en panne nous a dit le technicien, et qui une fois nous a fait devoir monter à pied les huit étages depuis l’accès-mer au bâtiment (six étages depuis l’accès-ville). Un store cassé sur la terrasse, qui nous a privés d’en profiter au-delà du petit-déjeuner à cause de la forte chaleur de juillet. Pour ce tarif, nous aurions souhaité que tout fonctionne…

Great beach apartment

This place is far closer to things than expected, and only a 10 minute walk to the harbor and Cannes-event activities. My family was happy, felt safe, and had tons of amenities nearby.

Nice appartment, very well located with a breathtaking sea view

Everything went very well during our stay - the communications with owner / manager was excellent before and during the stay. All our expectations were met and the description is accurate. The appartment is well equipped and very near to the sea, and to the city centre of "le Vieux Cannes". There are restaurants, markets, supermarkets and all types of shops nearby. The view from the appartment is really amazing, direct to the sea. Appartment is on the 6th floor with elevator. We had great vacation with my wife and daughter and I would definitely recommend this appartment !

Très belle semaine passée dans cet appartement ! Une vue à couper le souffle et un appartement très bien équipé Et très bien situé . Nous avons été ravis de notre semaine de vacances. Le seul point négatif est le store de la chambre qui est resté bloqué et qui nous a empêché de profiter de cette magnifique vue de la chambre ! Nous recommandons et reviendrons !

great view, directly at the beach

Nice appartment directly at the beach, as close as it can get in this part of Cannes. Just cross the street. The rooms are small, but still ok. (This is Cannes, after all ...) Great view from the balkony. You can look at the sea while lying in the bed, never had that before. It has air-conditioning, which we really appreciated. Kitchen was fully equipped. We came by car, but parking is a permanent pain, as the appartment does not have its own parking lot. Often, I parked the car at the beach to the west, where parking is for free. (Once it's past 8pm, you can usually find space, even if it's 1km away. I didn't mind paying for parking, there just always never was a free lot.)

Merveilleuse vue!!

Emplacement idéal avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, et,les montagnes environnantes . Près du Suquet et du charme de ses ruelles plongeant sur le port. L’appartement est très confortable avec de belles prestations. Accueil chaleureux et disponible.

Second year renting apartment!

We have used this scenic apartment to travel throughout the south of France. Cannes has many great restaurants and there is so much to do there. We had many wonderful dinners in the apartment overlooking the ocean. We expect to be back again soon!
