On the ground floor, you will find an open space with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large living area with dining room and veranda. The first floor offers three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first level you will find a laundry room, pantry, games room with billiards, table football, pinball machine and a small garden with a plancha.
