This condo building is modern, well managed, luxurious and clean and features a well equipped gym, pool, outdoor BBQ, private theatre, and party facilities. You are steps from the beach shuttle. Other free amenities include tennis, canoeing (and fishing), a gorgeous morning coffee/pastry bar overlooking the bay, a vast gym, the safety and privacy of a gated community, and many miles of gorgeous vistas available to cyclists. Grocery stores, several restaurants and a large regional shopping center and medical facilities are a few minutes by car. The Southwest Regional Airport in Ft. Myers is about 15 minutes by car. This property requires a minimum rental period so it is being offered for the high season in its entirety or longer only.
