Appartement globalement satisfaisant. Le seul gros problème de cet appartement est lorsqu'il pleut, une cascade d'eau tombe sur la rambarde du balcon générant du bruit (erreur de conception de l'immeuble). Réception tv de mauvaise qualité. Accès à la piscine extérieure facile. Tout le reste est ok.

L’appartement n’était pas tout à fait propre mais je pense que la serpillière n’est pas des plus neuves (lavée?). Pour le reste emplacement sympa,à l’ombre l’après-midi avec belles vue sur les montagnes,pas du tout bruyant,literie correcte,petite terrasse très appréciable ainsi que la piscine.Présence du lave vaisselle qui est un plus!
