Apartment 33 m², located on the ground floor, in a 3* classified tourist residence. Lift.

Cosy and comfortable apartment for 5 people (7 max), ideal for a family: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, pull-out sofa in the living room.

Fully equipped KITCHEN (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), bottle warmer, appliance for mountain dishes: raclette & fondue

LIVING ROOM bright, facing North/East as well as the large balcony with breathtaking views of the Vallouise valley and the mountain, equipped with terrace furniture (table, chairs and relax armchairs), where you can have your coffee or lunch.
The apartment is fully equipped: flat screen TV, WIFI, bluetooth/radio/USB speaker, library.

BATHROOM with bathtub, heated towel rail.

Separate toilet.

PRIVATE BOX locked for skis, on the ground floor, in a room directly overlooking the slope.

Outdoor PARKING in front of the Residence. From the end of December to April, it is possible to rent an optional indoor space subject to space available at the reception of the residence.

Outdoor SWIMMING POOL heated in summer and winter during the February/March school holidays: private and reserved access to the Residence. Service included.

SAUNA - for a fee to be seen at the reception of the residence

Laundry facilities in the Residence with washing machine and dryer - for a fee

Service options not included: linen, cleaning during and end of stay... with the concierge

Appartement globalement satisfaisant. Le seul gros problème de cet appartement est lorsqu'il pleut, une cascade d'eau tombe sur la rambarde du balcon générant du bruit (erreur de conception de l'immeuble). Réception tv de mauvaise qualité. Accès à la piscine extérieure facile. Tout le reste est ok.

Séjour à la montagne

L’appartement n’était pas tout à fait propre mais je pense que la serpillière n’est pas des plus neuves (lavée?). Pour le reste emplacement sympa,à l’ombre l’après-midi avec belles vue sur les montagnes,pas du tout bruyant,literie correcte,petite terrasse très appréciable ainsi que la piscine.Présence du lave vaisselle qui est un plus!

Agencement optimal et vue excepionnelle!

Appartement bien agencé et équipé. Localisation optimale et vue exceptionnelle! Communication sympathique avec la propriétaire et l’équipe de la résidence. Parfait en famille ou entre amis. La piscine avec vue sur les pistes a été fortement appréciée. Recommandations à 200%
