About Steve Sepanak
We are beach people who love water views! We've owned oceanfronts and currently live in a bayfront home, but none of our home views can match the ocean views and colors of the Islamorada Flats right outside of our Anglers Reef home - from deep blues and greens to tans and aquas. And our guests always tell us we have the best location and views in the complex - we agree! We also own one of the limited number of boat slips in the Anglers lagoon, so we can offer our guests an optional boat slip if desired. There is direct access to the deep Atlantic via our Anglers Reef channel and also to the Gulf and Backcountry via nearby Snake Creek or Whale Harbor. We also love to kayak so having a beach for easy launching is great and many vendors will deliver and pick up rental yaks.
Why Steve Sepanak chose Islamorada
Having visited the Keys for a month in 2007, we searched north and south for the right area for a purchase. Islamorada quickly became the obvious choice for many reasons: 1. An easy ride from Miami or Ft Lauderdale airports. 2. Great upscale shopping and many great restaurants just minutes away - some even walkable! 3. Great fishing! With boating access to the ocean plus convenient access to the Gulf and Backcountry via Snake Creek. We specifically chose Anglers Reef for: 1. The great design, beauty and security of this gated complex. 2. The deep private channel through the flats to the ocean. 3. Easy gulf/backcountry access via Snake Creek just a few hundred yards north.. 4. The location of this specific home within Anglers -- on the southeast corner of the development, the closest home to the south beach, and one row back from the pool (close but quieter than overlooking the pool!). 5. The design of the home - the only one of its kind in Anglers - with amazing views from every room. 6. One of the few homes with large wraparound decks (nearly 600 sqft of deck space!) - most Anglers homes have only small balconies. 6. The convenience of having a 3rd private bedroom - most homes only have two. These are some of the reasons we chose this area, this complex and this particular home. And some of the reasons we know you too will have a great vacation here!
What makes this House unique
Everyone raves about the views from inside and outside the home, and the specific location. They love to relax on our large decks with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise and the flats fisherman, or enjoying a dinner of fresh-caught fish or a cocktail (or two) in the evening. We also have the 3rd bedroom (plus the pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room) so we can sleep 6 comfortably in bedrooms or 8 total with the sleeper. There is even an electric fireplace in the living room for some unique ambiance on cool mornings or evenings in the winter. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, flatscreen TV's in all bedrooms and in the living room, and a quality BBQ grill on the deck with spare propane tank. As a result, we have many repeat guests - so please book your week early!

Final payment via personal check or VENMO to owner will avoid a deduction of the 3% credit card fee on that payment from security deposit.
