We had a wonderful stay at sea oats condo. It was very clean. Our check-in and the whole process was so smooth. Prompt response from host when we have questions. We had everything we need at this condo, it was home away from home. Very convenient to get to the beach. The pool was clean. My son, he is four, asked to stay here. The price is reasonable and worth it. We are very pleased with everything!! We will be back!!!

Excellent condo with all of the things you need. Keurig and/or perk coffee machine option. Bring your own coffee and beach towels. Everything else is supplied. The only one small complaint I would have is the towels are shabby and bleach stained. I think that is on the cleaning service company and not on the owners (they were clean just not appealing to the eye). The beach was gorgeous and the pool was a nice size and never over crowded. The location was great with a nice walk to the pier where there are bars and restaurants to please everyone. We had a lovely stay and look forward to our next visit

Perfect location for a Fort Walton vacation

The condo was as described. We had everything we needed to prepare a few meals in the kitchen. It was nice having the beach just steps away as well as good restaurants within walking distance. The communication with the host was excellent.
