We apologize for the issue with the garbage disposal and any lack of clarity regarding the beach storage closet and we will be reviewing our communication to make sure this information is more clearly shared with future guests. We also regret that noise from a neighboring unit disrupted your evenings. While we do not manage the surrounding units, we understand how frustrating that can be, and we encourage guests to contact us or local authorities if disturbances persist so we can do our best to assist. Your feedback about the towel supply has also been noted, we do however inform guests prior to arrival on the number of amenities provided so guests can plan accordingly.
