The 70 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers everything you need for a cozy and convenient stay.

The living area features plush, comfortable sofas, a TV, a dedicated workspace, and a dining table that seats up to four people.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials to prepare your meals with ease: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140x200), dressed with high-quality hotel-grade linens, along with desks and bookshelves for added comfort and functionality.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the first bedroom.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub, and you’ll also find a washing machine for your convenience.

Please note: The towel dryer in the apartment is currently not functioning. Thank you for your understanding.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

You will have access to the whole apartment. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, with elevator.

Welcome to the 10th arrondissement of Paris, a nice neighborhood, hipster, trendy, young and "bobo".
Located on the Right Bank of Paris (right side of the Seine), the 10th arrondissement includes two of the main stations: Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The 10th arrondissement also has a large part of the famous Canal Saint-Martin, connecting the north-east of Paris to the Seine.

This neighborhood now benefits from the flourishing nightlife of neighboring neighborhoods. The streets of the Canal Saint-Martin are pedestrianized for half of the day every Saturday and all day Sunday for your bike and your pleasure to walk !
In this district and near the apartment, you will find the best restaurants in Paris, originals, several tastes from all over the world. You will also find amazing bars, clubs. This apartment and district will satisfy all tastes!

The property is easily accessible by public transportation.

The nearest metro station is République (lines 3, 5, 8, 9, and 11), just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Gare de l’Est (lines 4, 5, and 7) and Gare du Nord (lines 2, 4, 5, 7, and RER B, D, E) are also easily accessible.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport:

By train: Take the RER B towards Massy-Palaiseau, get off at Gare du Nord, then transfer to metro line 5 and exit at Gare de l’Est.

By taxi: A fixed fare of €50 applies for destinations on the Right Bank of Paris.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Important: Please respect the neighborhood. In case of noise or noise late at night, we will be obliged to relocate or take a portion of your deposit. thank you for your understanding There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
