This place is excellent! Check in was smooth with clear communication. Location is perfect right next to Place de la Republique with beautiful views of the street scape and Sacre Coeur. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully furnished. Highly recommend staying here.

Charming place near Canal Saint-Martin

We loved the place itself, on the top (6th) floor with lots of windows close to two Metro stops.. Tiny elevator a godsend. During the unseasonably warm Oct the AC was very welcome. Clean and well kept. One negative: impossible to get a response from the management group on a couple of issues , which was frustrating. Check-in was painless. Overall I was very satisfied with the place.

Appartement lumineux et tranquille

Bel emplacement avec de la surface, à deux pas de la station République, commerces de proximité… Sous les toits, avec le dernier étage à monter à pied. Une formalité pour retrouver un appartement dans lequel on se sent vraiment chez soi.

I feel I have been screwed

The communication and check in have been very smooth and efficient. But once we came in the apt, it has been different : the apartment was dusty, the cleaning had not been done, the second bedroom is not a bedroom but an office with 2 mattresses on the floor (that killed my back during the stay), the ustensiles in the kitchen were old (cutting board was black of mold, the dish dry-rack was rusty), the sink of the bathroom had not been cleaned. Also the AC did not work very well (I assume the filter had not been cleaned since a lonnnnggggg time) I am not a picky person but I like having for what I pay. It was not the case. You guys screwed me.

Du bonheur

Un acceuil tres bien fait et tres agreable . Un appartement tres parisien avec une vue sur le sacre coeur . Une situation parfaite pour ceux qui aiment le canal ( a 5mn ) le Marais a 5mn egalement , les theatres sur les boulevards et la cerise sur le gateau , metro et bus en sortant de l'immeuble . Merci mille fois a Gary , Katia , Thomas et Celine . Nous reviendrons vous voir . Phyrum , Serge , Amelie et Annabelle
