Beautiful and sunny country house in the middle of nature and surrounded by a unique landscape where only in song of the birds distracts the calm that is breathed in the area.

The decoration is modern and comfortable, the house consists of a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large solarium consisting of a garden, terrace and a large 5x10 m pool, ideal for enjoying the fresh and healthy air of the countryside, while having a drink, reading a book, or simply letting your mind wander, relaxing during the sunset .

It is an ideal place to practice sport, both on land and at sea, since it is located just 2 km from the beach. The house is located 5 km from Pollença, 4 km from the Port of Pollensa and 6 km from the Port of Alcudia where you can enjoy good traditional Mallorcan food, its nightclubs and the wonderful beaches with its blue waters and fine sand.

The house is 50 meters from Villa Neus, another villa of ours, available for 4 people, ideal to come with two families or friends and be close.

We had a fantastic week at the villa. The host was quick in responding and very accommodating. The villa was spotless and well equipped. The outside area was the main attraction for us. We had a car which was essential for the villa location.

Lovely villa exactly as expected very clean and large pool

We had a lovely stay at Villa Jaume in August with family of 4 (2 x Teenagers) and grandparents. The villa has large rooms and plenty of kitchenware including Washing up liquid, new dish cloths, dishwasher tabs and spare bin liners which are often missing. It was also clean as was all the tableware and glasses etc. There was a problem with the water pump to supply the house a few days in which resulted in a couple of very speedy visits by the owners and a replacement of the pump. This was a slight inconvenience but the speed in which they were onsite was fantastic and I am sure that any problem or need you had would be immediately attended too. Jaume then came with a Watermelon and a very large Gala melon for us which were delicious and very welcome so thank you. The bedding was clean and fresh, there were spare pillows and blankets (and hairdryers). I found the beds a bit hard as is the way in a lot of properties abroad but rest of family said they had slept in worse!! One small point is that the air-conditioning is timed (so it is not on all day) which is a great idea from an Eco point of view. For the 6 of us when getting ready to go out (6-8pm) it was not yet in one of the ON periods as it started at 8pm. We would have liked it a little earlier for getting ready in the cool. However it was very effective in all three bedrooms and we could not have lived without it as it was in the 30s every day. The villa is in the countryside which made it so peaceful and had a view of the mountains but still only 10mins from Pollenca and Alcudia. It seems Wasps are in abundance in Majorca in August and the owners did come and spray (again very quickly) when wasps appeared to be starting nests near the house but they were strangely less 'aggressive' than the english variety and there was only one stinging incident when a nest got accidentally disturbed in the out house/shed by my father. As can be seen in pics there are plenty of sunbeds and shade from the trees/house at various points of the day and the pool is large and a necessity in summer. We had a lovely stay and appreciated the quick responses from the owners I am sure we will be back to Majorca.

Schöne Finca mit Grundausstattung

Etwas abseits gelegene Finca mit 3 Zimmern mit der notwendigen Ausstattung. Das grundsätzlich ist vorhanden. Tischtennis und Billard dabei, 6 Liegen auch. Die Küche hat nur das Notwendigste, Möbel und Bäder sind alt. Man merkt aber, dass nie wer in der Finca wohnt und somit gibt es auch nichts, was teilweise hilfreich ist, wie Strandutensilien oder Gewürze. Hatten eine nette Zeit dort, Jaume kam auch jeden 2 Tag wegen Pool vorbei. Airhockey war kaputt und leider gibt es nur Energiesparlampen, die kein schönes Licht machen.

Lovely pool, lots of space, it was ideal for our family holiday

We have just returned from a week at Jaume's villa. We found it ideal for our 2 families inc 3 children 5,6&8. Nice sized pool and grounds, a bit out of the way but we liked that as it's quite and no problem As we had cars. We took advantage of the boat ride offered by Jaume which was a great morning out.

A perfect villa for tranquil relaxing

A perfect villa! Plenty of space both inside and outside set in very tranquil surroundings. We found it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our holidays. The photos from the owner was spot on and showed exactely what could be expected: perfect pool, table tennis, pool table, barbecue and the villa itself. The owner and his family are very service-minded and are really nice people. Communication with the owner through WhatsApp was very easy and smooth as well.

Super Haus, sehr Entgegenkommende Vermieter

Alles in allem kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen, die Vermieter geben sich wirklich Mühe, gehen auf Sonderwünsche ein, kamen alle 2-3 Tage um den Pool zu reinigen, es war alles sauber und Ordentlich, es fehlte an nichts. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Peaceful location.

Enjoyed a really relaxing week here, perfect location for exploring the island. Very peaceful but still close to all that the resort of Pollenca has to offer. Beaches, towns and villages all in easy reach. Very clean and comfortable with a good sized pool. The complimentary boat trip was a great day out.

Highly recommended. Perfect villa. Go book!

If you're looking for a 5* villa in Mallorca, this is the one for you. V clean, upmarket, lovely owner. Boat trip included, courtesy of grandson who owns rental boat company. We had a sunset tour with dinner thrown in. We have teenage boys and a little one. Plenty for them to do on site. Gorgeous pool, not heated but still warm enough to swim in. Lovely beaches down the rd. So very quiet, just the odd farmyard noise. And one doesn't have to book weekend to weekend. Figs and melons grown onsite! A very special place.

Lovely villa in smashing location

A lovely villa ... clean and spacious. Very well equipped. In addition to the beautiful swimming pool, they also provided a table tennis table, air hockey and pool table. Our contact Jaume even appeared on the first day with a trampoline for our girls to play on. They really did all they could to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We are already planning our return visit.

Dieses Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr sauber. Die Besitzer sind hilfsbereit und sind uns bei den An-und Abreisezeiten entgegengekommen. Wir haben die gratis angebotene Bootstour gemacht und waren schnorcheln. Gerade für etwas ältere Kinder ist viel geboten: Tischtennis, Billard , Airhockey, Trampolin und ein schöner Pool. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus sehr gerne weiter.

Schöne Villa in idyllischer Lage

Die Finca ist wie in dem Inserat beschrieben wirklich ruhig gelegen. Luftlinie ist es nicht weit zum Meer, jedoch ist die Strasenführung zu diesem nicht so direkt und eher nicht fussläufig aber mit Fahrrad oder Auto schnell erreicht. Dies gilt ebenso für die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Gemütlich Essengehen ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung nach Polença oder Alcudia wo es sich ehrlich in der Altstadt sitzen lässt. Mit Meerblick ist das ganze dann am jeweiligen Port zu erleben. Die Finca war sauber und man hatte alles was man brauch zum entspannen, nicht nur ein Pool stand zur Verfügung sondern auch einen Billiardtisch, ein Airhockey Spiel und ein Trampolin. Die Ausstattung ansonsten war zwar nicht mehr die neuste war jedoch gepflegt und bietet in dieser Preiskategorie ein wirklich gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Mit dem Vermieter fällt die Kommunikation recht leicht da sowohl englisch als auch deutsch schreiben möglich ist. Via eMail und WhatsApp haben wir Ankunft schlüssel Übergabe und alle andere Modalitäten geklärt, was für mich persönlich sehr angenehm war da dies sehr einfach und direkt war. Insgesamt kann ich diese Finca zu diesem Preis empfehlen und würde diese bei meinem nächsten Mallorca Urlaub auch wieder mieten. Was Ausflüge angeht kann man von hier aus sehr gut den Norden und den Nordosten Mallorcas erkunden, was wir auch getan haben.

Perfect for our cycling group

Our group of 7 were staying in Majorca for a cycling trip. This villa was perfect for that. It is a little out of the way and you definitely need a car, however if you are looking for somewhere to relax and is well equipped then it is perfect for that. The villa is in a peaceful location has a (cold!) swimming pool, pool table, trampoline, and table tennis table outside for those energetic and not so energetic types. There are plenty of sunbeds in this area to catch the rays. Inside the villa there is a well equipped kitchen,. a lovely size lounge with a big dining area, and three double/twin bedrooms - one ensuite. We will certainly be looking to come back in future years to experience more of the fantastic cycling the island has to offer.

Comodidad y completa

Nos encantó el lugar, nos recibieron estupendamente y todos disfrutamos de estar en la terraza y jardin. La casa muy acogedora y calentita y cocina muy completa. Jugamos al pin pon, al billar, la cama elástica.. niñas y no tan niños disfrutamos mucho.
