This villa is outstanding. Really well equipped, and the outside space just perfect. The pool is beautiful.We stayed in October, so were keen to know that the inside space would be comfy given the possibility of showers etc. Lovely cosy living space, with plenty of games etc.Kitchen also really well equipped, and oils, vinegar, seasoning, coffee pods etc all in the cupboard. Sue, the host was extremely helpful, and provided a very useful welcome pack before we arrived with loads of local information.We would love to return to this villa

This is a return visit to this little haven situated not too far from nearby Pollensa and a bit further to the port in the countryside with beautiful views from the covered terrace The villa has such a lovely feel to it Very well equiped with everything you need, if you decide to cook there is the lovely kitchen or try your hand at the outside ovens. Comfy beds, lovely lounge and choice of bathrooms. My favourite place was the outside terrace /garden with plenty of outdoor furniture and sunbeds The star of the show being able to swim everyday in the clean wonderful pool Great place for bigger groups /families as plenty of room insude and out ..In fact it is an effort to leave to go anywhere on the island ! Owners communicate is excellent if needed before and during stay here

Lovely stay near Pollensa

Sue’s Finca is absolutely lovely. Lots of grounds mean it is very private and there is lots of room around the pool to play games or chill out and lots of lovely outside seating. We enjoyed using the bbq and pizza oven. The inside is very well equipped and comfortable. Sue is a very generous host and has thought of so many touches that make life easier - toilet roll / lovely toiletries / dishwasher tablets and washing liquid as well as a welcome pack including a bottle of wine. Lots to see and do in the area. We had a great time and will be back!

This fince is absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect, starting from the flower-lined pathway leading to the property. The bed was comfortable, the living room cozy, and the kitchen spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom had a heated towel rail that kept the room warm at night and was great for drying towels. The fince also had a large garden where we enjoyed breakfast under the eaves and evenings with a drink in hand. Sue provided a portable Bluetooth speaker, which was definitely my favorite—every night, my friends and I listened to music while chatting and enjoying drinks in the garden.The host’s garage had 4 bicycles, which we used to cycle to Pollenca for coffee and to Alcudia to watch the sunset by the ancient walls. It was such an amazing experience! Even though I’m based in China, I’m already thinking about bringing my kids here for a week-long vacation next time.When we left, I accidentally left my passport holder in the wardrobe. Thankfully, Charlie, one of the staff, immediately drove to the house to retrieve it, and Ben, another staff member, delivered it to me at the airport. The moment I saw Ben, I hugged him tight—I felt truly blessed to have met such kind and helpful people. Highly recommended!

Great villa

Lovely area to visit and a well maintained (and equipped) villa. The villa had everything you needed to stay in or go out. Plenty of parking, albeit if you have a large vehicle be careful of the lane turning as it was very tight on our people carrier. All in all a great visit and well communicated by Sue.

Fantastic stay at this lovely villa

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The pool was a bit hit and the villa had lots of lovely homely touches like games, books, inflatables, table tennis, plus loads of kitchen equipment. Truly a home from home feel. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely, tranquil Finca - Recommended!

We had a lovely week in Sue's property. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped (the weather was mixed when we were there and so we appreciated both the BBQ and the log burner!). We'd recommend it without hesitation!

Fabulous villa in a perfect location

The villa is situated in a very quiet location with a beautiful pool. Each room is beautifully decorated and you really do feel home from home. We visited Majorca for cycling and the villa for us was in the perfect location. It is equal diatance away from both the old town and the port of Pollensa which both have great restaurants. A great trip, we will be back

Wonderful attention to detail

Sue thinks of everything! The villa was so comfortable and the little touches everywhere showed such attention to detail.She and I liaised continuously and I was able to ask anything. The villa was beautiful and spotless. Very comfortable and gorgeous outside area and pool. Would love to go back!

Great villa in superb location

The villa is really lovely and definitely ticks all the boxes! Spacious, clean and well equipped. The outdoor space is huge and we all enjoyed the pool. Everything is close by-beaches, restaurants, supermarkets are all within close proximity. We stayed for a week in October 2017 and the weather was hot and sunny every day.

A Hidden Gem

The property is away from the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes drive from an amazing marina and the town. Great location for both couples and families. The villa is well appointed... you could have a holiday here and not go anywhere else!! Very spacious, smashing pool and space for a football match or 2. Local town is in easy reach and there are a number of shops for groceries etc nearby.

Lovely family holiday

We were so lucky to get away. Communication with Sue the owner was great from the start and we were lucky to meet her on arrival. The Finca has everything you could need and it was very comfortable. A home from home but in a lovely quiet location, with relaxing gardens and a great pool. Pollensa town is a short drive and has a great selection of restaurants. The beach is not far either if you can drag yourself away from the garden and pool. We loved it and have already booked our next stay.

Fab family holiday lounging by the pool

Sue's place is lovely, beautifully done out inside and out and very well equipped. The beds were all super comfy (I'm pretty fussy and have been known to buy mattress toppers mid holiday in less ideal accomodation!) which is a huge plus. We had a great week, the heat precluded us doing much more than lounging by the pool, but we made good use of the outdoor pizza oven and BBQ and had a great stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Peace and quiet in a lovely location

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and homely villa in a great location. Fast internet was handy for our two boys and also ideal for watching uk tv late at night in the lovely seating area with a glass of something. The table tennis, boules and badminton got the family playing and having fun together. The BBQ was great but the pizza oven was a special treat for an amateur cook! We would highly recommend finca can collet and would love to return.

A very well equipped and comfortable house

Finca Can Collet was one of the best houses we have rented, in many years experience. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out, very comfortable beds, lots of local information, especially about eateries and lots of games, books etc. Very importantly for us the wifi was excellent - better than home in Devon. The situation of the house was very quiet rural, but only minutes from Pollenca and maybe 10 minutes from Alcudia. We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely property in idyllic location

We had spotted Finca Can Collet last year when we were staying in a villa close by and thought how lovely it looked. We were not disappointed. Sue has a truly lovely villa and offers everything you need - even pool towels and thoughtful touches like lovely Laura Ashely rugs and night lights - wonderful. The outside terrace is beautiful all day from sunrise to sunset. Can't wait to return next year. Thank you Sue.

perfect summer holiday

We stayed one week in the house with a nice big garden. The garden provided self-service for figs, lemons and apples, a well working BBQ grill and a pizza oven. We liked the house very much because it is well equipted from a coffee cup til adapters for various electronic tools. All in one, we would book the house right away again. Thank you Sue!

Nice finca with huge garden

Nice finca, well equipped with many useful things available and very clean. The information provided made the finding of the finca and the check-in process very easy. A/C was installed in all rooms fact that was very useful especially during the heat wave of 2022. Very convenient location with easy access to all places of interest. So far we visited Mallorca for 9 times and stayed at different villas but now we consider Finca Collet our favorite place when visiting Mallorca.

I live in Warwickshire with my husband and we had always been interested in buying a home in the Spanish sunshine. After some deliberating and a number of visits to the island over the past 15 months , we bought Finca Can Collet in May 2013 from a Mallorcan family who used the finca as a place to entertain friends and family for BBQ's during the summer.

We bought a property in Mallorca because there were fond memories of the island as a child when I used to holiday here with my parents. We love the north of the island for the combination of sandy beaches and marinas, rugged coastline and the historic old towns of Pollenca and Alcudia.
Being by the sea, and because the island is so compact you are never far away from a beautiful coastline or beach. The island is easily accessible from all European destinations, with a very efficient airport.
The Mallorcan people are very friendly and welcoming especially to tourists which makes you feel more at home. English is widely spoken on the island so you can always make yourself understood, and there are many nationalities here which gives it a cosmopolitan and relaxed ambience.

The property is very convenient for the town and local shops as well as a choice of beaches within a few miles. The pool, garden and outside terrace are the best features of the property - there is enough space for all the family to relax and chill out. It is in a peaceful location with great views over the mountains. As you sit in the garden and the light changes so does the colour of the mountains - you can see Puig Santa Maria from the finca which is one of the peaks used by the British Olympic cycling team who train in the Tramuntana mountains. Watching the sun set over the Puig is a special moment worth savouring with a glass of wine!
