Old farmhouse completely renovated in a vintage spirit 5 minutes from the city center of Troyes, 3 minutes from the factory outlets, 20 minutes from the lakes of the Orient Forest, 40 minutes from the Nigloland park 30 minutes from the Champagne route. The house is located in a countryside village close to all shops, all in a very quiet environment. Large courtyard and garden available. Parking possible in the courtyard,
