La Maisonnette - Estissac

Anne-Laure and Nicolas welcome you to this charming little cottage, which has been completely restored. It is a small outbuilding on a traditional Champagne farmhouse, located 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris. You’ll be charmed by the tasteful decor and fine materials—such as terracotta tiles and original beams—in natural tones that blend the old with the new. You can also enjoy the landscaped garden, where the imposing walnut tree, the various flower beds, and the weeping willow near the stream will help you unwind. A swimming pool surrounded by terraces—shared with the owners—is available for your use (from late May to early September; please check with the owners regarding hours). On the first floor, you’ll find a living area with a sitting area (sofa bed, flat-screen TV) and a kitchen that opens onto a dining area, as well as a separate restroom. Upstairs: a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a twin bedroom with two 90x190 beds—one of which is located on a sloped mezzanine (ideal for a child), and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Outside, in the owners’ garden, you’ll enjoy a quiet spot by the pool with lounge chairs, a patio, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Free-roaming rabbits and chickens will delight the children. A parking spot on the street will be available. Beds are made upon arrival; bath and household linens are provided; cleaning is included. Utilities are included.
