I chose to stay in Katy TX for the Houston rodeo because I felt it was safer than the city. I am so happy with my choice. We drove into the city each day and had the peace of slower, quieter evenings in Katy. This location was perfect for my family of 3. My daughter did not want to sleep alone downstairs, so we used the pullout couch. There was a mattress topper in the closet for the sofa bed. Both beds upstairs were very comfortable. Full kitchen. Laundry. 2 bathrooms. These extras made my decision even better. No hotel or city condo could have compared. We drive an F250 so parking was a concern when I was searching for somewhere to book. Most places have small lots, parking garages, or public lots to offer. This location is in a subdivision and the host provides a parking spot in their driveway. Very secure and spacious. We had a perfect weekend trip to the area. My daughter said this was her favorite vacation.

So perfect!

This place was wonderful! We stayed while in the area for quick volleyball clinic and it was just myself with two younger kids, and I felt completely safe. Not just at the house but the whole area was so great. The space was much bigger than I expected and we had plenty of room to be comfortable for our few days. Can not say enough good things about this spot!

Excellent Cozy Accommodations

Came into town for a wedding and this was the perfect little place for us! The owners were so sweet and hospitable. We felt welcomed with the basket of snacks and there were soaps/lotions available in the restrooms in case anything was forgotten! Definitely would stay here again!

Super Guest House

Wonderful guest house in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts have provided many amenities. Kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals. The king-size bed is very comfortable. There are puzzles and games available, too. Highly recommend.

Wedding Bells in Austin

Property is convenient to visit our family in Katy,Texas We were in Texas for our grandsons wedding. Our stay allowed for the rest of the family to spread out at our daughter's home. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to restaurants and Interstate #10.

Great weekend stay

This little garage rental was amazing. It was very clean and very well laid out. The place was part of a beautiful home with super nice owners. We definitely want to stay again since we have friends that live near by and this place is close to everything.

The property was great. It’s an apartment separate from the main house and although on the same property felt very private with easy in/out access. The owners were so friendly and amazing. The property was very clean and they had all the amenities you could need in case you forgot something.
