T4 house of 75m² (2 floors), 25m² exterior. Closed residence with swimming pool, sauna, common area (games, barbecue, etc.). Located in the pine forest, 1km from the beach, 500m from the Naturistes district. Local shops at 800m.
3 large bedrooms, 39m² living area with modern fully equipped open kitchen.
Beautiful outdoor area, barbecue, garden furniture, table and chairs.
+ 2nd Terrace (Solarium) on the floor shared by the two bedrooms.
Private parking space in the secure residence.

Séjour entre amis

Nous avons passe 2 jours au Gîte de Romain à Agde. La communication avec Romain était parfaite, très complète. Le logement était bien situe pour nous. Les lits sont vraiment bons, rien ne manques. La dame qui gère le logement de Romain était très accueillante disponible et flexible, un merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Nous avons passés nos vacances d’été pour la deuxième fois dans cette maison et nous reviendrons ! Tout s’est très bien passé, un très bon accueil, un hôte à notre écoute et à disposition si besoin. La résidence est calme, la maison est bien équipé avec piscine et plage à côté. Encore merci !

Pour commencer, super accueil, Geneviève et Romain ont été à l’écoute et disponible quand nous avons eu besoin d’eux. Le logement est parfait, il est propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé ( machine à laver, lave vaisselle, ventilateur dans chaque pièce, store banne électrique, barbecue à gaz, lit parapluie, chaise haute, baignoire pour bébé). La résidence est calme, la piscine juste à côté avec pataugeoire pour les enfants et transats, la mer et le port sont proche. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos deux enfants de 3 ans et 4 mois, nous recommandons ! Encore merci et peut être à bientôt !

Maison très bien équipée, literies très bonnes, des ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces. Résidence très bien entretenue. On n'a pas pu tester la piscine qui est fermée à cause du covid19. Mais elle a l'air vraiment bien.
