It was perfect for two people, mother/daughter. It would also be great for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The property is clean. Very convenient boardwalk to the beach.

Great spot for family getaway

Great area away from crowded nearby beaches. Property was perfect for our family of 3. Walk from room to gulf was quick and easy.

Newer doesn't always mean better. Older condo however VERY WELL maintained. Super clean and comfortable unit. I am a bit OCD and after I spray everything with lysol, febreze fabric, and place my scented plug-in into the wall. II became extremely relaxed and at peace with this rental. Best oversized, most comfortable living room furniture to lounge on when not on beach or out to dinner. Awesome nights sleep on comfortable master king matress. Amazing oceanfront view from windows and balcony. (You feel like you could literally reach out and touch the sand from balcony). EXTREMELY short walk from condo to beach chair rentals. Have visited gulf shores five years in a row and have stayed in some really nice newer places; however, have never stayed in same place twice due to few minor dislikes. (IE. .hard matress; 'TAXING' walk to get down to beach chairs; floors slightly dirty) DID NOT find anything to truly dislike about this unit. OKAY!!! to be knit-picky....did NOT love the fact that you have to open up and lock door with an actual key. But husband kept up with key so didn't bother ME in the least Will be returning to Seaspray and booking this unit in the near future.

Very smooth process! Staff checks in with you during your stay! Condo and grounds were immaculate!I gave price 4 stars on price because we went thru VRBOand not thru Sea Spray! We will go thru Sea Spray next year!

Beach Trip 2021

We enjoyed the condo. We were disappointed in the plumbing. With the toilet you had to hold handle down for toilet to flush in Master Bedroom as well as sink very slow to drain. Condo needed to be updated to keep up with the other rentals and price that is charged. Grate access to elevator and beach.

Perfection

We loved our stay. The only problem we had was lightbulbs needed to be replaced and that was done. If you are a reader you will need to take reading lights. Overall we loved it and the management was very accommodating. We and another couple were celebrating our 55 and 56 th wedding anniversary. It was just what we were hoping for.

Great value and location

Great place to stay - right across the street from a store, love that the ground floor goes straight out to the beach from the elevator and less than 5 miles from the restaurants and Flora Bama.
