Beautifully designed, luxurious and supremely comfortable condo in a fascinating setting

  • 5 of 5

We've known Annie and Craig both personally and professionally for several years. Like their other real estate endeavors (including a gorgeous rental house on Nantucket) this condo apartment is richly, tastefully decorated and sumptuously comfortable. It's an ideal base from which to explore northern Michigan although the many offerings of the Village at Grand Traverse Commons and the nearby downtown area make a "close-to-home" stay very appealing. Be sure to enjoy the excellent restaurants and shops that are just a few floors below you in the Mercato. Also book a tour of the grand and extensive former hospital buildings that were saved from destruction by a plan for renewal that is a model of far-sighted ingenuity and philanthropic purpose. The tour also provdes insight into the method of patient treatment in an "asylum" that is much truer to the definition of the word than its frightening and pejorative current connotation. Our enjoyment of Suite 204 and its surroundings was certainly enhanced by an understanding of its history.

A beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time. It's a great location to down town TC and give you a chance to get away. Annie was a wonderful host. We look forward to saying here again in the future.

So comfortable, with great character!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay in suite 204. The condo is so comfortable, has all the amenities you might need. The character of the building, the great natural light thru the large windows, the beautiful grounds to walk around, the proximity to everything the area has to offer, the very quiet interior of the unit, the great shops and restaurants in walking distance...the list goes on and on.

Absolutely perfect for a visit to the Traverse City Area!

  • 5 of 5

This condo is simply amazing. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious, wonderfully stocked, has very comfortable beds, many luxurious linens , books to read, cable TV, and many other appreciated touches.

Not only is this condo fabulous but the location is the best available. It is on the second floor over the wonderful restaurants and shops of a renovated 1880's marvelous building. The boutique shops and restaurants are not to be missed.

The Village at The Commons is one of the main attractions in Traverse City - it just doesn't get any better than this condo in The Village!
