House of 115 m2, on 3800 m2 of wooded land. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 140x190) a kitchen open to the living room (45 m2), a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets and a large covered terrace of 40 m2.
Equipment: induction hob, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine (percolator), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, gas plancha. Wireless.
A large trampoline and a basketball hoop.
Non smoking house. Pets not allowed.
Bed linen provided, bathroom linen not supplied.
A baker (100 m from the house) in the village which also does grocery shopping. The tenants agree to feed 2 cats (kibbles) who sleep outside.
Located 15 minutes from Montélimar, 1 hour from the Ardèche gorges, the Pont d'Arc cave (Chauvet cave) and Avignon. Lots of hikes near the house. Leisure center at 15 minutes and 18-hole golf course at 30 minutes.
