Old house on a medieval mound in the heart of a village in Val d'Amour

Our old house is located on a medieval mound in the heart of a wooded park (one hectare). Located in the heart of a village of 540 inhabitants, with an area of approximately 400 m², it can accommodate up to 12 people (5 bedrooms, one with 4 single beds not bunk). The bakery (also small grocery store) is in front of the house. The river (La Loue, fishing and swimming) is 10 minutes by bike (bikes available). Dole, the former capital of France-Comté, is 10 km away. The Arbois vineyards are 20 km away. Dijon is 50 kilometers away. The Chaux forest surrounds the village and offers many possibilities for walks.

Séjour à moto autour de la Loye

Lieu tranquille avec beaucoup de charme pour celui qui aime les veilles bâtisses, spacieux, une vraie maison de famille, il manque cependant pour 12 personnes : une salle de bain supplémentaires ( il n y en a que deux) un réfrigérateur 1 seul nous a semblé très juste , il n y a pas de télévision, ce qui est une bonne chose en soit, mais ce n était pas la avis de nos jeunes ! Nous avons passé cependant un très bon séjour

Bonjour Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temp de nous faire part de vos observations. La question d’un 2eme frigo était effectivement à l’étude et nous l’avons donc commandé.S’agissant d’une 3eme salle de bain, cela supposerait des travaux considérables et coûteux qui ne nous permettraient pas de maintenir nos tarifs.S’agissant enfin de l’absence de télévision, il s’agit d’un choix. Nous proposons à nos locataires une bibliothèque fournie et variée.Pour les irréductibles, le Wifi permet d’accéder à, à peu près tous les programmes. Nous espérons que vous garderez un agréable souvenir de votre séjour.
