3-room apartment, modern and comfortable, on the garden level, facing La Ciotat’s “Grande Plage”. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private garden and terrace equipped for outdoor dining and sunbathing, parking available on the property. Secure grounds suitable for children.

There are 2 bedrooms (for 4 people): one with a Queen-size bed (160 cm), and the other with two 90 x 190 cm beds. Baby cot and high chair available on request.
Bathroom: 120 cm shower, toilet.

The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktop, traditional oven + microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, filter coffee maker + electric kettle, toaster.

Other equipment: hairdryer, iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack.

Possibility to store bicycles, motorbikes, or water sports equipment in the courtyard (windsurf board, surfboard, etc.). Parking for one vehicle only for safety reasons.

Lively residential neighbourhood with many local shops (bakeries, pastry shops, hairdressers, pharmacy, post office, ATM, fishmonger/caterer, newsagent, mini-market, wine shop, delicatessen, etc.). Numerous restaurants, beach snack bars, crêperie, pizzeria, etc.

Beach and swimming: Pleasant family-friendly sandy beach, safe swimming area for children.

Household linen: washed and disinfected by a specialised laundry service.
Bed linen and towels are placed on the beds in sealed packaging.

A good location just opposite the beach

We stayed a week, the location is 3 mins walk to the beach. There is a local bus stop very close, which takes you to the old town harbour or you can wal aprox 20 mins. The owners live above the apartment, they were friendly and helpfull when required. We had a great time, plenty to see and do.

Sehr schöner Urlaub direkt am Strand

Sehr schöne komplett ausgestattet Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter.

Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse

Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohlgefühlt und konnten die herrliche Terrasse, die mit sehr gutem natürlichem Sichtschutz unsere Privatsphäre optimal gewahrt hat, optimal nutzen! Nur über die Straße zu müssen um am herrlichen Sandstrand zu sein, war ebenfalls wunderbar! Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, so dass wir mit Sicherheit wieder einmal Urlaubstage dort verbringen werden, auch weil die Gegend noch viel zu bieten hat!

Beautiful apartment right on the seafront.

Great apartment which suited us , as all of it on the ground floor ! Excellent location , near bars , restaurants etc but still quiet and relaxing as set back in its own grounds . Patrice the owner lives above and was charming and helpful . Would stay again in a heartbeat 💓

Fantastic all round!

We stayed here with our 2 kids aged 4 and 8. We loved everything about this place, location, being across from the beach, close to supermarket. It was a total win and if we return to this wonderful town, we would definitely stay again. Close to Cassis and Aix and the markets on Sunday were great also!

Appartement et Jardin Magnifique dans un Cadre vraiment sympa

Très joli appartement au RDC d'une magnifique villa en face de la plage. Tout est vraiment superbe. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et tout c'est très bien passé. Le petit jardin est aussi très agréable et orienté vers le soleil.

Näher am Meer geht kaum

Die Wohnung liegt sehr, sehr nah am Meer. Man muß nur über die Straße gehen, schon ist man am Strand. Das ist super bequem und praktisch. Allerdings ist diese Straße auch sehr stark befahren, so daß die Lage nicht gerade ruhig ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Sie ist praktisch und modern eingerichtet, mit modernen Klimaanlagen. Patrice war beim Ein- und Auschecken sowie auch bei Fragen zwischendurch stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Ideal für einen munteren Strand-Urlaub. Kleine Abstriche gibt es von uns nur für die etwas trubelige Atmosphäre und Geräuschkulisse drumherum.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sympathischen Vermietern

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel und von der Hauptstraße zurückgesetzt. Das Grundstück hat ein Gitter, was immer abgeschlossen ist. Jedes Appartment hat einen eigenen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück, was super ist, denn Parkplätze sind rar in La Ciotat. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die beiden Schlafzimmer haben gemütliche Betten und ausreichend Stauraum für das Gepäck. Die Küche ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hat eine sehr schöne Dusche und ist neu. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass man die Möglichkeit hat, draußen an einem großen Esstisch zu essen. Bäcker und ein Spar-Markt sind gleich um die Ecke zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind nagelneu und verfügen über Fensterläden und schöne Vorhänge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unaufdringlich, und es lief alles unkompliziert und wie besprochen. Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We have ceased working and live on the waterfront year-round. The climate at La Ciotat is excellent, the temperature is mild, and the sky is blue three quarters of the time.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The villa is vast and every house is independent, with entrance, garden and terrace. The "Big beach" of Ciotat is situated in front of the villa. This beach is very pleasant and slopes, without holes of water, without dangerous currents. Possibility rent deckchair and parasol. The water is clear and crystal clear. Ideal family.

Residential area very livened up with convenience stores, restaurants, rent of kayak, stand up paddle. The walk of the seaside go to to the Old Port of La Ciotat, a place authentic and full of charm. There is a market on the Port every Sunday morning and an every evening summer night-market.
Key points: creeks, natural reserve, walking, walks it bâteaux.. Ciotat is a nice port with very beautiful creeks which join on coast (Creek of Figuerolles and creek of Mugel).
