This semi-detached house, 32m², recently built, for 4 people, includes a main room serving as a living/dining room, opening onto the terrace and fenced garden. This room is equipped with a kitchenette. The bedroom on the garden level is equipped with bunk beds and the mezzanine, under the slope, is open to the living room with a double bed (140cm) and a television. The sanitary facilities include a shower, washbasin and separate WC. You have a private parking space numbered at the entrance of the residence. You can reach the beach, shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours at 2 km, the golf course at 1 km or the lake of Lacanau at 4 km (REF 01408M).
