On the ground floor a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, separate WC,
a well-equipped kitchen area, a 2-burner hob, a fridge freezer, mini oven, microwave, plancha, electric coffee maker, kettle, TNT television, radio, vacuum cleaner, washing machine ,
The living space opens onto a pretty sunny terrace with table and chairs as well as a barbecue and a plancha and deckchairs.
Nearby various shops at 200 meters. The beach at 400 meters and the Canal du Midi at 1500m.
3 markets per week, nature reserve, you can do everything on foot.
A parking space is reserved for you and is located next to the villa.
