Enclosed grounds planted with trees on 750 m2, large swimming pool (5 x 12 m), air conditioning. Nature setting with beautiful views, many spaces to relax.
Access on foot: 10 minutes from Bonnegrace beach and shops in the Lônes, 15 minutes from the Sanary market.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison confortable et bien située, à la fois proche du centre et de la plage. Les lits sont très confortables, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement et l’extérieur est un vrai atout avec une belle piscine et un jardin bien entretenu. La cuisine est assez bien équipée, même si une machine Nespresso aurait été appréciée.Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : la salle de bains du haut mériteraient d’être rénovées. De plus, certaines chambres manquent de tables de chevet et de luminaires, et la décoration dans son ensemble est un peu vieillotte. Il est également dommage que les draps et serviettes ne soient pas fournis. Enfin, un salon de jardin permettrait de profiter davantage du bel extérieur.Dans l’ensemble, malgré ces détails, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison agréable.

Vacances au top !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . La villa est tout confort et spacieuse. La piscine est au top . Par contre nous avons préféré prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage , mais en s’armant de courage c’est également possible de le faire à pied comme précisé dans l’annonce . Nous avons était accueilli chaleureusement . Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons!!!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Sandrine et Eric. La maison est très jolie et l’extérieur bien entretenu. La chambre du bas et la salle de douche du bas sont très confortables. Toutefois la propreté de la cuisine est à revoir, il serait également bien de fournir la bonbonne de gaz pour la cuisine extérieure. Les chambres et la salle du bain du haut nécessitent une rénovation comme celles du bas, autant au niveau de la décoration que du confort. Les plages, les commerces et le port de Savary ne sont pas loin, il faut être sportif pour y aller à pied (mes parents d’un certain âge et les enfants n’ont jamais put y aller à pied la côte étant trop raide). Merci à Laurence et à Justine pour leur accueil et disponibilité lors de notre séjour.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour dans notre maison. Concernant la propreté, nous mettons un point d'honneur à ce que la maison soit toujours impeccable. Par ailleurs, nous sommes surpris de vos remarques sur la décoration/rénovation de la maison (les photos sur plateflorme reflète la réalité). Il est également bien mentionné dans l'annonce que nous sommes situés sur les hauteurs des Lônes, c'est la première fois que nous avons une remarque sur l'accessibilité en étant à 800 mètres de la plage.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und absolut sauber. Gute Lage. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in 15Minuten zu erreichen und der Ort selber in ca. 20Minuten. Sehr ruhige Gegend ideal mit Familie und Kindern. Sehr nette Vermieter. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
