Very nice condo in a very nice location

We stayed here for around 9 days and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, was clean, spacious, updated, and had a great view of ocean and the city. We loved the apartment and Palavas Les Flots and hope to be back soon.

Very nice place

We loved our stay in this apartment. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars are as follows: - Linens were not included in the rental. This was not clearly indicated in the listing. The owner did notify us when he sent the check-in details, and the concierge was able to supply these for a fee, we were not aware when booking. - The furnishings in the living room are sparse - there is only a couch - no coffee table or end tables. If you have a drink while on the couch, there is no place to place the drink. It would feel more comfortable to add a coffee table, end table and perhaps another chair. Otherwise the apartment was perfect. Quiet, safe and clean.

No faults at all

It is a very rare thing to say that your apartment had no faults, but this had none. The views from the balcony every day where so different, the views from the back onto the mountains and the Lighthouse were a delight, even when popping to the toilet at 3am lol Parking was locked and secured inside as well so you can quite happily leave your car for ages with no worries. We had everything we needed for our holiday and the most amazing patisserie by the River where we would sit every morning and most afternoons having coffee, buying bread etc. The apartment was a superb base for us to reach the Alps for a night (Being Tour de France fans) We drove up and down Alpe d'Huez and then had a 1 nights base at Col du Lautaret where we drove up Col du Galibier and then back via Gap. You can also reach great places like Millau Viaduct or go to Roquefort for the cheese. Meanwhile back in Palavas you had so, so many choices of food. It was superb, and being an ex Chef the world was not limited, even if you just want a burger and chips.

Vacances au top : logement impeccable, vue magnifique,bien équipé et très propre . Le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus pour profiter d'un séjour l'esprit tranquille. Tout était parfait , nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

La vue sur la plage est magnifique et très agréable de manger sur la terrasse. Très calme. A proximité de tous les commerces. Le garage est un avantage nous avons pu garer la voiture en toute sécurité. Nous avons été très bien reçu.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé des très belles vacances en famille dans le magnifique appartement de Pierre-Yves GILLET.Tout est à l’identique de la description, l’appartement est spacieux, très propre, décoré avec goût, proche des commerces et de la mer. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Nous avons également apprécié le beau garage car pas facile de se garer à Palavas.Un grand merci à la conciergerie pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.C’est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement. La description est conforme , le contact avec le propriétaire (très arrangeant) et la conciergerie de Palavas qui gère l’appartement sur place était agréable et fluide . La vue sur mer est vraiment magnifique et toutes les commodités sont à proximité. L’appartement est bien équipé pour 4 personnes et le garage mis à disposition est fort utile . Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour à Palavas

Séjour du 9 au 23 septembre. Très bel appartement, prestations haut de gamme, rien ne manque ! Idéalement situé en bord de plage et à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Merci à Pierre Yves pour ce cadre exceptionnel et merci à la conciergerie au top. Je recommande ++++
